The service was excellent. They came out the same day. They looked it over and came back the next day to do the work.

We liked them. They were able to diagnose the problem. They came a routed out a line that was way, way deep in the basement. It's been working fine since. I thought the price was reasonable. They were professional, polite. I had had no problems with them. Obviously, it's been working so far. They were very quick.

The plumbers came out the same day., They were courteous and got the job done quickly. Since my plumbing was very old I was not going to take the risk of doing it myself. Now I am saved from having to replace all of the plumbing in my only bathroom.

They did it on short notice and on a Sunday. I was grateful and they did such a good job.

Fixed leak. Sink emptying slowly. Had to hire another plumber to fix that.

It went great except they forgot to tighten one of the new valves so the gas company came back out and since it was an easy fix they just tightened it.

We have had problems with our sewer line backing up for the past 17 years. Would always call different rooder router company's to get it unplugged. Used to have to do it at least twice a year and then it turned into 3 or 4 times a year. The last guy we had told me he was going to have to rip up my floor in order to fix the problem. I was beside myself.... Then about a year and a half ago I got the name of J&S plumbing from my brother in law who used them for the village of Arlington Heights. He told me to call and ask for Brian (Buck) and get a 2nd opinion which we did. Brian put a camera down the sewer line and saw that the pipe under ground was broken and replaced it for us. No other company in all those years even bothered to put a camera down there to see what the problem was. Brian suggested we get the line hydro jetted when the weather broke. We had no problems with the line for about a year and a half and the sewer backed up again. We called Brian and he sent Daniel to hydro jet the line. Daniel came with two other guys and got my sewers all cleaned out. He was kind, honest and friendly. I would recommend J&S Plumbing to anyone who wants to be treated fairly with great customer service. If there was more than 5 stars to give I would give them more. They are an honest, fair company! Went well. They proceeded with quite a bit of caution because I have old galvanized pipes that could cracked ir cause issues. No issues encountered and the blockage was removed.

I was very impressed with the service. I called J&S on the Saturday of a holiday weekend hoping to schedule service for sometime within the next week. I was stunned to hear that they could be out the following morning, the Sunday of a holiday weekend, to do the installation, and with no overtime or emergency fee. The 2 plumbers arrived right on time, completed the installation quickly, and were very professional. I really liked that they worked in a team of 2, making the work much quicker, and allowing me and my family to get back to enjoying our Sunday plans right away. I've since recommended them to neighbors. I wish I had found J&S years ago!

Keith and Rich were professional and got the job done. I would definitely hire them again. Glad I was able to use the coupon so they came in less then other plumbers I called. I'll definitely use them in the new house I'm purchasing.

Chris and Eli were right on time and very courteous. I was told they would arrive at 9:15am and they were here right on time. We thought the problem was why worse than it actually was. Once Chris took a look at everything it was just the connections to the faucet leaking. They were very honest and up front with pricing. Could have tried to charge me for more work than was needed but DID NOT. I would not hesitate to recommend J&S to any of my friends, family or neighbors. Thank you for the service!

J&S always do a great job. They are prompt, professional and experienced. I called in the morning about the sink not draining. They said someone would be out that afternoon, and to my surprise, they actually called within that hour letting me know they would be here in 20 minutes. The service man was friendly and did the job quickly and thoroughly. The drain works great again!

first plumber reviewed work, acknowledged that he did not have the right tools. called it in, and another crew came within 1 hour and fixed it. Great job.

Work was done thoroughly, and very professionally. A team of 3 people came, they rodded out the sewer line - the main blockage was caused by roots about 80 feet down the line. They were able to pull some roots out, but the line became stuck. They pulled it out and used a bigger cutter on the end, and were able to cut through and go the whole 100-foot until it appeared in the main sewer line. It took about 90 minutes, they cleaned-up thoroughly and were very courteous throughout. I hadn't used J&S Plumbing before, but after this visit, they have become my go-to plumbers.

Adam was great. He fixed the draining problem, consulted with us about the faucet. We ended up getting a new faucet that evening ( and yes he came on a Sunday evening - no extra charge). He was very polite, helpful, and the work was great.

Ivan arrived at our house on April 6 because we had a leaking toilet. After some discussion, we decided that we needed a new toilet. Ivan returned on April 7 with a new toilet. He installed it quickly and carefully. He did an excellent job. We have used J & S twice this week and would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
