Greg didn't respond to my request for a quote via Angie's List, but he did respond via email. We went back and forth a little on communication in order to arrange an initial visit for measurements, but we got that worked out. We agreed on a price and he got the glass on order. A few days later Greg told me the glass was in. We traded some emails again and they came on a day that worked best for me. After about 2-1/2 hours they were done. Looks great.

It took them about 2 hours to install new shower doors and clean everything afterwards. Great, fast, and friendly service.

Greg is the easiest neatest fairest service provider I have run into in years. So responsive and committed to assuring my satisfaction. We had an interior staircase specifically designed to have a "floating" glass landing at the switch-back. A couple of other glass companies I called had no clue what to do. One even said, "if you can take some pictures AND send a drawing I can see if we can do something like this". Greg came out, provided a quote,(which was very fair) sent out his carpenter to due prep work, installed a decorative film between the laminates and he and 3 additional VERY strong guys delivered this big really ,I mean REALLY, heave glass floor. It looks gorgeous and fits perfectly. I could not be more happy with him and his workers. All of them were very polite, neat and professional. I also had two other issues around the house glass related. During his first stop I asked if he could correct a sharp edge on a large aquarium I have. I figured he'd include that in his quote. No not Greg before I knew it he went out to his truck grabbed a sander and made quick work of those ruff edges. He didn't even want me to pay for him to do that! On the big install day I asked if he could fix a sagging shower door. Again right to it fixed and done. He was gone before I could ask how much I owed him but I will call him if I don't soon see an invoice. I will recommend GP Company to anyone that needs any custom glass work!

Greg was great. Came monday talked with me and measured for what we wanted. Was back thursday with it an installed in less than an hour. Shower door looks great! it was exactly what we wanted, he was polite, on time. If we end up ever putting another bathroom in i will definately call them, i couldn't be happier!

Quick and one of the best economical options. Responded quickly on a couple of requests and the descriptions of he services were accurate.

It went great. He was prompt to first appointment and followed up the next day with estimate based on my size shower. He showed up for install exactly as planned. Was very thorough and made no mess at all. Shower looks awesome and he also delivered a set of knobs, as I didn't want the towel bar.

We contacted GP because they had received so many positive reviews. They responded to my call immediately and came out a few days later to give us a quote and show us what our options would be. We were just having a shower panel/door installed so the work was fairly simple, but it was still great to see different options and photos of previous work they had done. It only took a week for the glass to arrive. The installation was also very quick-only an hour! The employees were very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic. Greg was super responsive from the first phone call. Even though my schedule was crazy for work, Greg made every effort to meet around my schedule. I actually received 4 other bids for the same project, GP's was the lowest and their fabrication time the shortest. For me it was a win win. The installers were also super courteous and CLEAN! They showed up on time and did the work in a no nonsense way. They also were happy to listen to my slew of questions. I am super happy I went with GP. I have another shower that I am definitely going to use them on!

Greg was very professional and punctual. Her returned my calls promptly and showed up on time. After taking measurements, he recommended using tempered glass for the repair, which I accepted. I did not consider this an upsell, as the proximity of the kitchen door to the oven's heat vent was the reason why the old glass had cracked in the first place. After one week, he came by with the pre-cut glass, performed the installation quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would hire him again without hesitation.

My glass shower door had come off the hinge due to an error made by my prior contractor who had not installed the door correctly. After searching around for contractors to help I quickly found Greg to be the most responsive and offering constructive advice on what to do. He for example explained to me that I need to find the brand and original manufacturer and find out if I needed to order parts etc. He showed up the same day I called him and exactly when he promised to show up. He was also responding text messages throughout the day as I tried to locate the necessary spare parts to make sure I got all the necessary items.

It was roughly a week from the time of the initial call to installation of the new shower surround. Availability was good, service and professionalism was good.

I have yet to hear from him. It was about a week ago.

When I originally spoke w/Gregg, he told me that he could beat any price. I have to say I was skeptical at first because of his comment. All of my quotes were pretty steep, so I decided to contact Gregg. He gave mea quote right on the spot and he did beat all my quotes. In fact, his quote was half off of another local company. He did an awesome job on our master shower enclosure and vanity mirror that I had him back to install another mirror in our master bathroom and a frameless tub door. He does awesome work and communicates well. He has very quick turnaround times from the time he quotes and measure to the actual installation! I am getting ready to contact him for more mirrors in our other bathrooms.

The experience was fine. We had purchased a big deal and we didn't have to pay anything extra.

Two people showed up wih with the new shower door. They brought in the new glass shower doors and placed them in the hallway. They took their shoes off or put on booties I can't remember which and placed something on the floor before bringing in the glass doors. They also placed something between the doors and the wall so nothing was resting directly on the wall or the second glass door. They removed the old doors cleaned the area and filed the old screw holes. They installed the new doors and calked the locations that needed to be calked. When they finished they showed us the operation of the door and how it fit. They cleaned the glass, floors, and took out the old doors.Everything looked and worked great. When he first came out to measure he said that there would be a metal strip on the bottom that we didn't want so we went with the second choice which was all metal hingesand no metal strips.This was more expensive but we felt it would look better and we were right. We thought the price was a little high for 3/8 inch glass but went along with it anyway. In fact I called him back after a day or two and questioned the thickness of the glass and if I should get 1/2 inch glass He explained that the 3/8 inch glass would hold up well and was very strong and that the1/2 inch glass would put more weight on the hinges. Everything still seems to be working well although it was rubbing on the other glass at one point which caused it to move whenever the door passed by that glass. I don't know what happened but it is working ncely right now. They were very professional and well organize.

Greg was excellent to work with. He came by a couple of weeks before the install to measure everything, worked with us in the details and explained everything to us as best possible. He accomodated our schedule on the day of install, and did a very good job in getting it done quickly and efficiently. Greg was very polite and helpful all along the way, the clean up was excellent as well. One feedback, it would be good if Greg had a set of pictures to help explain better what his products looked like and what the end result would be. There was a slight communication issue, so a couple of design elements (door handle size, orientation etc. did not get conveyed correctly).

Greg was an amazing professional to work with. His quote was fair and $500 less than another company I had over to do an estimate. He exceeded all expectations as far as timeline. He installed the door 2 days BEFORE the date he quoted me. What contractor does that!?! It was fabulous! I also appreciated that he gave me 2 quotes. One on a framed door and one on a frameless. It's great to have options. He was quick, timely and professional. The door looks/works great. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

received a reasonable quote just decided to use another provider.

It was an order that was made back in April and I believe there was a miscommunication. I called him to schedule the appointment and told him I had the advertised coupon for $99 for glass shower door installation. He told me that I would have to buy the shower door from his. There was nothing on the coupon about buying the shower door from his company and I did not need one as I had already purchased my own shower door. I also had trouble connecting with him and would just prefer to use someone else.

Called Greg to repair a frameless glass shower door that was installed improperly 6 months earlier by an inept contractor. Bottom hinge was loose and making cracking noise, and caused top of door to shift out of line by 1/4" , making the door scrape against fixed portion of glass and not allowing door to fully close. Greg was doing a job in my area the next day, and made an immediate appointment to take care of my problem. Courtesy call to say he was on the way before he showed up. Assessed the problem quickly and spent 55-60 minutes correcting my issue. Fast, clean, efficient work. Would definitely use again for repairs, and will be the first person I call if I decide to do a new install.

This is the second time we have used GP and like last time, we are very happy with the end product. Our shower works great.
