I'm very happy with the work they did in my new master bathroom remodel, looks beautiful! Greg did not respond via email but as soon as I called him the time from first contact to coming out for a quote to final install was one week. He's very nice and helpful with giving design tips. His price was very reasonable vs the other quote I received for the same exact design/look. I would definitely use his company again!

I used GP Company a couple years ago for glass and mirror for our home remodel. Back then, prices were awesome and Greg Putek was very professional and responsive. Recently, I attempted texting, leaving voicemail, messaging through Angie's List and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! It has been weeks that I have been trying to contact Greg! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO ELSE WHERE, INSTEAD OF USING GP COMPANY.

No show, no call. Texted & phone for follow-up...radio silence. Truly unprofessional. If I did this at my job, I'd be fired!

Very Happy with the service, very nice job overall, adds an elegant touch to my bathroom, silicone was very nicely caulked and the pitching problem was also covered by the installation, will definitely recommend to my friends and use it again for my basement project moving forward!

After purchasing a shower door installation deal from Angie's List, it took Greg a long time to get in touch and schedule a site visit. Once I was able to get a hold of him, he arrived promptly and provided a fair estimate for additional work that I wanted done. Once I decided to hire him, he was able to get us scheduled shortly. The installers showed up on-time, were neat, professional and efficient. The job was done well.

I called Greg to see if he was interested in quoting a mirrored wall. He indicated that he would call sometime the following week. He texted asking if I could be around in the afternoon but could not give me a time or even a window of time expecting me to just sit and wait for his arrival. I indicated that I work from home on Fridays and had some flexibility that afternoon but he never showed up or responded.

Greg's crew did a great job. I had been looking for someone to fix this mirror as it just needed to be put back in place, not replaced. It's an expensive cabinet with mirrors throughout and glass shelves. They guys got it securely in and didn't damage any of the existing glass or the cabinet. I had texted Greg a picture of what was going on so he could see the issue. My only advice would be if he could give a more precise time for arrival. He told me they'd call an hour ahead, by 4:10pm I hadn't heard so texted him. I then got the call from the guys that they'd arrive within an hour, which they did. I just wish I had known because then I wouldn't have sat home all day waiting for the call. That was my only issue. Otherwise, they were great.

I had GP Glass install 3/8" glass shower doors to replace my 19 year old aluminum and clouded glass enclosure. I found GP Glass & Greg Putek on Angie's List and was impressed with the ratings that he received from hundreds of customers. I got 2 bids and GP Glass was a few hundred less. I accepted the offer to remove the old shower enclosure for $100.00 off and had everything clean and ready when the installers arrived. The installation team knew their trade very well, with the installation taking 2 1/2 hours, and the results are phenomenal. We should have done this upgrade years ago. Greg Putek and his team are knowledgeable professionals, with beautiful results and a great price. Tell Greg & the GP Glass Team customer Tom in Carol Stream is very happy, and the wife is even happier!

I needed four glass shelves cut down but since they were 3/8" thick and I only needed half an inch taken off it was not as easy as I would have hoped. Called around a bit and it was sounding like I would be forced to order new. Then I talked to Greg of GP. The prices and service was excellent. The back of the shelves were trimmed the 1/2" and polished to match the other edges. Work done with one days turnaround.

They were very professional. They responded very quickly. They gave us an approximate quote right away in response to some simple text messages that we exchanged (including pictures of the job site). They then showed up on time to give us a formal quote. They were 25% lower in price than the next closest bidder. The owner seemed exceptionally knowlegable. The installers, while not as knowlegable as the owner, were also very good. They were neat and orderly.

GP first did a flat mirror in a newly remodeled kids bathroom with outlets built into the mirror. We found them on Angies list and did almost all communication via text. They were able to get the mirror done much less expensively than the competition and were very clean. In the master, they were able to do all of the shower doors and walls. Greg came to measure in person and was able to get everything done ahead of schedule and within budget.

The end results are fantastic and the whole process of dealing with them was wonderful. No gotcha's, no 'we forgot to include...', the price was what they quoted and nothing more. The quality of the install is top notch!!! They were quick in their initial response, prompt to their scheduled appointment and had the custom shower door and enclosure installed within a week. I highly recommend working with GP Company!!!

From start to finish, GP Glass Company did a fabulous job designing, creating, and installing the custom shower glass. To start, Greg (President) offered a few convenient times to meet and he personally developed the design, described in detail the scope of work, and promptly provided a price quote. From an administration perspective he and his company demonstrate role model behavior for all custom construction contractors because getting through this process can often be tedious. Greg further demonstrated his talent and commitment with the complete installation. From an execution perspective, it was flawless. All that was left behind was a beautiful and functional bathroom creation. It is important to note that both of these jobs were non-standard installs and based on the results GP clearly demonstrates that this company is staffed with true craftsman. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and would HIGHLY recommend that you call GP!

Greg is a really nice guy and easy to work with. We exchanged a few emails and he was able to give me an accurate quote just by the measurements and sending him a picture of the shower. He came out a few days later (working around my wife's schedule) to come measure the space and discuss the project, and then he installed just about a week later! His price never changed and it was a very competitive quote. It was wonderful working with him and I recommend him without reservation.

They installed the shower door, and within the same week I noticed that the door was leaking and needed adjusted maybe 2"-4". After repeated attempts to get them to come back and adjust the door and correct the issue, I have still been unsuccessful getting them to come back.

He came out the same day to give the estimate and then the following week for installation. The only problem is that he did not measure to make sure that he could get the mirrors down the stairs to the basement. The mirrors were to big so that had to come out a second day with smaller mirrors. The second time around the mirrors easily went down the stairs and they look great. Thanks!!!
