GP Glass Company team was highly professional, responsive and great to work with! I had a big and somewhat complicated frameless shower design and custom mirror that needed to be installed and the team came through with flying colors! They were even able to mitigate some of the builders' structural issues and ensure that the shower walls were perfectly aligned and mirror perfectly placed. They are flexible, easy to communicate with and deliver products that are highest quality.Overall GP Glass Company provides an excellent service! I was very pleased with their work and plan on hiring them again!

GP Company did an EXCELLENT job. Greg, the president of GP Company came to look at our bathrooms and stairs and described in detail what needs to be done and gave us the price quote that same day. We had 3 other price quotations and GP Company's quote was the best. Five days after Greg gave us the price, he and his employees came and started the work in our house. The 2 showers were installed on the first day and the stairs were also started. On the second day GP Company finished the stairs. The job was done by professionals and it was done quickly and precisely. The guys that worked were very experienced and knew what they were doing. I am very pleased with the work GP Company did. I am also very excited that GP Company did the job for an excellent price. I will use GP Company in the future and I also recommended GP Company to all my friends. I am very pleased with my stairs and the showers, they look GREAT. Thank you GP Company.

He quoted me $900 for 3/8" glass. I asked how much extra for 1/2" glass, and he told me it would be an additional $200. He actually wound up installing the 3/8" glass instead, which was fine. He told me the glass had been marked up 10% by the supplier, which I agreed to pay. When I got the final bill, it was for $1100.00! When asked, he told me there was a $110 "high-rise fee". Throughout the course of the job, no additional fee was ever mentioned. I sent one check for $1000, and another for $100 with the ledger message "Paid under protest". I also sent him a lengthy letter about my dissatisfaction with this interaction. The workmanship was good, but I'm ultimately very dissatisfied with how it worked out, especially since I've got additional glass work that needs done, that I would've gladly paid him to do. No longer.

The overall result was basically ok, however the door does not open inward as originally promised/quoted.. This was our first huge Angies List disappointment: > Original quote did not include removal of old door. I thought it was sloppy/slimey this important term was omitted from the original bid price. (I asked for door replacement , how could I not need the old one to be taken out??) > Greg ("GP"), the owner is almost impossible to understand on the phone, clearly a source of some of his performance issues. > Greg did not give me advanced notice of appointment despite my multiple (3) requests to schedule us ahead of time because we had so many crews operating on site at that time. They texted me at 7:05am demanding a morning appointment for the same day. Then at 7:17 he texted "????". Who does that?? > In summary, he relies WAY too much on text messaging, and he's not very good at it. > His guys knocked a curio cabinet of collectibles over which was on other side of wall from shower door work. They must have heard it. I realize accidents happen but I should have been notified when they were onsite. I lost three of my family heirlooms items (valued in excess of $200.) > He doesn't supervise his crew very well, they did not have accurate or complete installation information and made mistakes as a result. > I researched GP's glass door source, they are, by far, the cheapest on the market. They seem ok but at the very low end, I'm worried they won't last. > Greg did not follow up personally by phone or even text to make sure the job went okay > A minor pet peeve - his workers did not introduce themselves properly (Hello my name is...)when they arrived. I just called to give the owner, Greg, the courtesy of hearing this feedback first hand. He was totally belligerent and nasty. He needs to learn how to take feedback better... getting angry at customers who provide polite and thoughtful feedback is no way to grow a business! I will mention Greg offered to work with me to remedy the door problem and property damage, but he was so unpleasant and unprofessional, I'm not interested in further interaction. He didn't apologize. He did , however scold me for taking so long to provide feedback ( - REALLY!?) In short, this glass company is very rough around the edges. My recommendation is to avoid until they solve their customer interaction and quality issues.

It went great. I had called GP Company this morning and spoke to the owner. As soon as he heard about the problem he understood it was a hazard and sent someone that morning to fix the door. They did this even though this was a busy time for them, they didn't install the door and They didn't lnow me. The workman was polite, showed me what the problem was and fixed it in under an hour. The owner then called to follow up and make sure the door was fixed and I was happy. I called three other companies before I called GP, and nome of the others would even service the door because they hadn't installed it. I'm truly impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them.

It was a very good experience. From the quality of the products (glass, hinges, header rail) to the installation, everything went as I hoped it would. Greg is very detailed and as a result the finished product looks very good (I even noticed the quality of the silicone application, which is very clean and professional). Greg suggested that we go with a glass panel up to the ceiling on one wall, which allowed us to not need a full length header rail across the top. This turned out to be a great suggestion and we are very happy with how it looks. Greg was also very responsive and everything moved along fast. As soon as the glass was ready, Greg was able to come out the next day and install it in a short amount of time (~2 hours). I would highly recommend Greg for any of your custom glass needs.

GP Glass I am a considered a do it yourself homeowner with the exceptions of certain projects , and a custom made shower door which had to be made to fit the angles of my Cape Cod style dormer was one such project. After remodeling an old shower and making it more expansive, the time came to have a glass shower door made for it. So I searched Angie's list and found GP Glass, the communication was initiated via text's along with photos and ideas, Greg was very responsive and timely. Within a week of initial contact Greg came to the house suggested ideas and measured and quoted a price, a few days later they came to test-fit a glass template for the door and adjacent panel all custom made. The whole start to finish project was only eight days! Looks great, the installers were courteous and clean and professional! ...if I remodel another bathroom I wouldn't hesitate to call upon GP Company again.

Greg and his team did a great job. We were surprised with the quality (and look) of the finished product, and did not expect everything to look so good. The glass shower enclosure was custom made and fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Greg was on time and was very courteous, he even asked me if he should take off his shoes before walking in to my house. He took about an hour to install the shower glass and cleaned up any mess he created. So far the glass shower is working great, and I have no issues. I would definitely recommend Greg.

GP Company did a great job with the shower and back splash installation in my new house. I did use GP Company before in my condo and I decided to use them again because they did a great job and the price was great. I bought a house 4 months ago and I really needed new shower doors. Greg came to my house to measure the showers and I also asked him if he can make a custom back splash for me. GP Company gave me a great price for the showers and the back splash so I decided to use them. Couple days after Greg gave me estimate, his workers were at my house installing the showers and the back splash. They were very precise and quick. After the installation, they cleaned the area where they worked. I am very happy with the job GP company performed at my house. I will take GP Company again in the future if I will need any showers, mirrors or back splash. I would really recommend GP Company because their service is great and their prices are reasonable. Great Job!!!!

I had talked to a number of providers about options for a glass door but didn't like any of the suggestions. Greg came in, made some suggestions and within two weeks we had a beautiful door to complete our bathroom renovation project. We are very pleased with the result.

Offered suggestions, listened to what I wanted and offered alternative options. Great communications, returned all calls promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I was so impressed, I used him again when I had my second bathroom remodeled.

Greg was extremely prompt in responding to our call and coming out the next day to evaluate the issue. This was such a pleasant suprise because I tried several other glass companies and they said the job was too small. He was very knowledgable, very clear in explaining the reason for the leak and not pushy at all after giving us the two options to correct the problem. He stayed that day to complete the job and did excellent work. We would highly recommend him to others and would call him again if the need arose.

GP came out and measured. Few days later they came back for the install with a huge one piece mirror. Install was quick and very professional. A+ Job. Highly recommended!

He was cordial and courteous. There were no problems and he got the plans back to us fast. However, I think that he could have improved the detail in the drawings and that could helped us. The only reason we did not go forward with the work because it was not approved by a structural engineer and our HOA.

Completed the work with quality products and quality execution. Very pleased. The only thing that could come faster is a receipt and warrenty on the window seal.

Greg came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. He realized the initial install of the door done by someone other than his company was not done properly. Instead of just resealing the door, he changed the approach, took off the door itself and readjusted it, and created a much better solution. He went over & above to fix the issue, did it quickly, did it professionally, and I would definitely recommend him.

Everyone we dealt with at GP Glass Company was very professional, courteous and made sure all our needs were met. Their pricing was very competitive compared to three other contractors that we received bids from. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for glass/shower work.

Greg came out the next day for an estimate for two full wall mirrors for the gym in our basement and was very professional. We decided to make the mirrors bigger after he provided the estimate and he came right back out to remeasure. Within a couple days the mirrors were ready and they were installed without a hitch and look great. We are very happy with the service and the mirrors. I would definitely use GP Company again.

I would recommend GP Company to anyone that was looking for an excellent, flexible, and knowledgeable business that is willing to work with the customers no matter the circumstances. GP Company came and assessed our bathroom, asked us questions concerning the future uses as well as the materials we wanted to use, made measurements and installed within a four day period. On the third day we were occupied with personal matters and GP Company worked with us to reschedule to finish the installation the very next day. With a handicapped individual in the household, we were unsure of the schematics of the installation. However, Greg Putek, the owner of GP Company, personally designed the schematics to fit the needs of a handicapped individual. In conclusion, we are overly satisfied with GP Company and would highly recommend them for any service.

Showed up right away for estimate. Gave good pricing. Measured or cut glass for shower door incorrectly first time out so had to reschedule replacement for the next week. Cracked mirror upon installation. Had to wait another week for replacement. Replacement mirror looks horrible! Wish I could post a picture of it. The cut was very inexact so Greg had to fill the edges with putty. Must be 3/4"-1" away from edge of tile in exposed putty/silicone. Really looks like just shoddy work. When I told him I was unhappy with the job he said he had already lost money on the mirror the first time when he cracked it so he couldn't afford to replace this one too. Unfortunately I had paid in advance not anticipating such bad work. He refused to give me a refund or remove the mirror. As usual, you get what you pay for. I thought I could save a couple of hundred dollars using him but it was not worth it.

After calling Greg from GP on 7/8/2013, he messaged me some pictures of his work. On 7/12 he came to my home and gave me an estimate. After my remodel of the shower was done, I called him to come for the final measurements. The shower door was installed within a few days (2 or 3) afterwards. I did not have to give him a down payment of any kind. I paid him when the work was completed. The work did not take more than a few hours and he cleaned up after himself. Afterwords, i did notice a small leak coming from the hinge on the shower door. I figured that when I used the hand held shower to spray down the doors and walls after a shower, that's when the water leaks out. I called Greg within a week or so and he said he'd come out to look at it. Well it ended up that he did not make it out until 12/13. When I demonstrated what I thought was causing the leak, he said that the area around the hinge was indeed where the small leak was but that could not be helped due to the way the hinge works. However he did make a minor adjustment and that seemed to help somewhat. PLEASE note, the amount of the water leaking through the hinge when I spray down the door was/is very minor, I'd say maybe a tablespoon before the fix and less than a teaspoon after the fix. I just use a sponge to sop it up. NO problem. I would use Greg again if I were to install another shower door. I LOVE my shower door!

I cannot say enough about how Greg from GP Company saved the day for me and my renovation project. I was finishing a large Kitchen and Bath remodeling by a different General Contractor, which I am very happy with. However, that contractor referred a shower door person to me who they've worked with a lot. Since their other recommendations were very good in terms of quality and cost, I just assumed I'd use their referral. That is until I received the estimate. Although I really had no clue how expensive these 1/2" frameless door were, the quote from the other company was insane and I would not be using that referral. Since my project was near completion, I needed door immediately and turned to Angie's List. I contacted Greg who answered the call. He was at my house the next morning and unlike the referral from the General Contractor, he listened to what I said and offered extremely beneficial advise. As a matter of fact, his advise convinced me to pursue a less costly solution. Again, he offered his suggestions based on his experience and expertise but never pushed his opinion onto me. The pre-sales experience was wonderful. He priced out a dual swing custom sized door. The price was $ 480 LESS than the referral's best price ($1,050 vs $1,530). GP Company could also install within the week which was sooner than the other supplier. The installers showed up on time, were courteous, and completed installation without issue. They vacuumed as they went along and again at completion. They explained what they were going to do before starting and reconfirmed every detail about the job before starting (which by the way was exactly as specified previously). They also did a briefing upon completion, asked if I was satisfied with the job. They worked continuously and were done quicker than I had imagined. Greg's communication was excellent throughout the process and warrants explicit mention. He was responsive via voice and email. He contacted me throughout the process - we were always on the same page. The day of the installation he called while the installers were working and again later that day to get feedback on installation and mostly to ensure I was happy with the work. I've had the doors for 2 months now and they work flawlessly. I'm extremely happy with their service and wish I had another bathroom to do. With all of complications of a renovation - do yourself a favor and go with GP Company. It's a relief to not have to worry about price nor quality of product and service. There'll be plenty of opportunity for that in other parts of your project.
