Valor performed an exceptional job! Dave gave me a quick quote via email when I requested. I scheduled an appointment with him. On my appointment date, Dave called me 15 minutes ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Which was right in the window he promised. He was very professional and thorough. He took pictures of his work and sent to me which allowed me to send proof I was compliant to the home owners association and he gave me a Certified Inspection letter. His invoice matched his quote. Great service! Very pleased.

Dave and his crew where prompt , professional . They new what they were doing. They started and fished job as scheduled. Good to know that good companies and good professionals are still out there.

Did a beautiful brick chimney. Badly damaged plantings with equipment. The liner was in the quote for replacement, but was found to be sound. No reductions in charges for work that was not performed.

They came very quickly and did a fine job of clearing the chimney blockage on our central heating which had been caused by squirrels. Very good tidy up as well.

I was so pleased with every aspect of the work done on my fireplace. The cost was reasonable; I got my appointment exactly when I wanted it; Bill explained everything to me and even showed me the correct way to start the fire and operate the damper (Can't believe I needed that lesson!) I feel I received excellent value for the service I received and would recommend this company to anyone.

David is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done for our chimney. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny to know the job was properly and expertly done and that we have a lifetime warrantee. David was considerate in letting us know his plans for installation and followed through on everything he promised. i would recommend him to anyone with a wood burning stove who either needs repair or upkeep.

The technician that came out, Bill G. was extremely professional! Highly recommend. Although the outcome was not what I wanted to hear.. his inspection was thorough and concise. Very nice write up of the estimate of the work needed. I really liked Bill's professionalism and going the extra mile to completely assess my situation.

This was a chimney inspection service. I would recommend everyone with chimney problems to have Valor inspect their chimney situation. They were prompt and explained every facit of the problem and their recommendations. At this point, no work was performed.
