I hired Valor Chimney for 2 projects. One was a dryer vent that needed to be cut through the fieldstone exterior of the house. The 2nd was relining the chimney for the heating and hot water tank. Both jobs were completed to my great satisfaction and timely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valor Chimney-great company to work with!

Owner is extremely knowledgeable and can translate to lamens terms. They use a contract and keep to their schedule. Very good at keeping things clean once they are finished.

Wow! How surprised was I to have David come out, inspect, and report that nothing needed to be done. This, after a competitor handed me an inspection that stated the fireplace was unsafe to use until I had them complete $5500 of work. It didn't sit right with me and I asked neighbors if the things I was told needed to be done (issues related to initial build) had to be done to theirs, as we had the same builders. None said "yes." One great neighbor gave me Valor's information and was absolute in his recommendation of David as an honest individual. So, I hoped for some good news to save a little. Instead, what a great present...savings of $5500!!! Watch out for competitors who are out to make a quick buck at your expense!!!!!

David Palm came out and repaired the chimmey top of the house. He explained everything he was going to do before he fixed it. Once on the roof he showed us all the bad parts and showed us the new parts. He fixed everything perfectly. Was so happy with the price and so happy with the quality of work.
