This was the second cleaner we had out and we had two repair inspections as well. This was the person who finally solved it and knew what they were doing.

Came out for an inspection - we bought a house with a gas fireplace that has been a bit... wonky. We were looking for someone that knows a thing or two to come poke and prod it to make sure it won't blow up on us. I wasn't present, but my wife said that the rep (Bill) was very friendly and upfront about what his thoughts and recommendations were. We weren't looking for any major work, but the inspection process was easy. Really appreciate when reps are friendly and personable.

Dave and his crew did a wonderful job on my fireplace! I had the stonework completely redone, and added a small hearth. They also took great care installing a custom mantle. I'm very pleased with the work they did. What was really awesome is their follow through. If I had any concerns, they addressed them timely. Even after they were paid in full, I called to get them to seal the hearth, and they came back (during their busy season)! Really glad I hired this company, and would recommend them for sure!

This was a chimney and fireplace project which included water damage, squirrel nesting causing a fire hazard, a cracked fire panel, and a prefabricated fireplace that had settled causing a gap visible from my living room. Dave and his workers solved all of these problems for a very reasonable price. I had 3 other chimney companies come out and give estimates for various parts of the project. I wasted money on one of these companies. I also talked to 3 or 4 additional fireplace companies about completely replacing my fireplace and pipes. All of these fireplace and chimney companies wanted to sell what they sell, but none of them had any real big picture idea how to completely fix my chimney/chase/fireplace. Fortunately, Dave arrived and carefully explained everything that needed to be done. This was essentially a 2 day job. Valor Chimney replaced my chase pan, extended my flue pipes further above the chase pan to meet code, replaced the fire wall panel, and removed the nesting so that the pipes did not have to be replaced. This saved me several thousand dollars. They also did a great job rebuilding the chase. Dave is honest and wants to do the job right. The 2 guys that did most of the work, Bill and George are also honest and want to do the job right. I saw experience, actual skilled labor, and honesty from Valor Chimney.
