Very professional..

very informative clean and courteous

The workers were extremely courteous and took meticulous care in keeping my home clean. They had to clean the fireplace, remove birds that had been living in there, and put a cap on the top of the chimney to keep future birds from occupying the space again. They actually worked in the house for 1 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

David Palm was AMAZING!!! He was courteous, speedy and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing, made sure I understood and within minutes had everything working again- better than when I first had the fireplace installed :) THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES! I will definitely be having him to our new home to inspect and service the new fireplaces we have there.

We hired David to clean the fireplace chimney and replace the furnace chimney cap. He was very knowledgeable, took pictures from the roof and presented practical repairs. We spent a little more than expected due to additional needed repairs, but David provided sound expertise. Also our Sunday appointment was very convenient with no markup for Sunday visit.

David of Valor Chimney showed up within a day or two of when I called, he did a thorough analysis and supplied an explanation and pictures of the problem (it was in a hard to reach or see area). Before any work was performed, he provided a clear written estimate and followed that estimate. The work was completed in slightly less time than expected. I am extremely happy with the speed and quality of the work.

David was the only contractor to return my call on a Sunday afternoon and came out to give me an estimate the very same day. Given our situation and the time constraints of our project David's estimate seemed very reasonable. He started work the next day and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Mr. Palm repaired my fireplace and offered suggestions for improving the chimney. He made sure that I understood the process as he made the repairs. I recommend him for your project.

Our tech was David and he sure was a pleasant man to talk to and explain to us just what he was doing. As we had him out because we are in contract to purchase a home with a fireplace. I never had one before and David went out of his way and explained all the procedures to lighting the fire and well as drawings and link info about the log set and fire box we had him work on. Very nice experience. And you can never put a value on mine or my families life, so it was a great value. This guy ROCKS!!!!
