Excellent!!

Valor is amazing! They are hard working, efficient, personable, meticulous, and an all-around amazing company. They completed the inspection and cleaning and gave us an estimate on additional work we needed done. We hired them to complete the additional work and they completed it 2 weeks later! We have 3 old chimneys and they now all work! David was amazing - so thorough and friendly! We recommend them fully!!!! David and Pat completed the 2nd job with just as much care and detail. Great company! Great people!

The company is great on follow-up. My fireplace could not be repaired on this visit I appreciate their honesty and there was no hard sales pitch to purchase another one. My plan is to hire them to replace the fireplace.

Dave was friendly and worked hard to thoroughly address all the issues regarding my chimney and fireplaces. He went above and beyond to explain things to me (Fireplaces 101) and even stopped a noisy vent from clanging that wasn't even related to the job.

Professional and efficient

David is very experienced and knows his trade, through and through. His team was timely, polite, and hard working. He found good solutions to "interesting" things the previous homeowner did, and made sure the house was safe, inside and out. All-in-all, I couldn't have asked for a more thorough job.
