David was great ! He was informative, personable , and did the requested jobs ( fireplace cleaning, cleaning of gas logs and a dryer vent cleaning ) in an impeccable manner. And, he was extremely clean and neat in the performance of these jobs. We had a crack in the back of the fireplace box and David offered us a more economical solution to the problem other than replacing the cracked piece. We are more than satisfied with the results so far. All-in-all this was an excellent experience with Valor Chimney Services and we would recommend the company to anyone.
