Came out on the day that I asked for. Very thorough. Pictures taken before and after. Wish I had known about this company before. Very thorough work at a great price!!

David and Mike from Valor chimney took pictures of the entire chimney before and after the cleaning demonstrating the work they performed. They also provided us with options and ideas to maintain the chimney over the long haul.

Dave was great help on the phone prior to my appointment. Bill was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all that he was doing and suggested what would be best for next years checkup. Pro-active! Will definitely recommend to all in our HOA.

I used HomeAdvisor, when the #1 chimney company said I needed some $5000 of repairs with out looking. I called HomeAdvisor and three contractors called immediately and scheduled visits. I engaged the first responded and his response was we have to ..... and it could be this or could be that. So i waited for the other two, Valor was the last to visit. Dave, the owner did the inspection himself. Made me feel totally comfortable, NO major repairs, but i needed Caps. Dave quoted a Fair price, maybe $20 more than the other two companies, but I felt most comfortable with and trusted his knowledge and explanation. I would use him again, and will use him annually. Fair & Professional.

Hired Saturday, 9/24/16 to clean, reline and tuck point my Chimney. Arrived at 6:30am, worked 12 hours. First visit they gave me a FREE estimate with PICTURES from 360 degree angle Plus showed pics of how they accessed my Roof (Ex: where ladder was placed and where they were on my Roof to access my Chimney) never had such meticulous care taken of my property before. I got 3 quotes which helped me Budget better for the job. The actual contract was in English, meaning I am a lay person and I understood Everything he wrote. Also, before I hired them, David, the Owner and his wife Gina, answered Every question, courteously whenever I called. They were personable, very detailed about what equipment they were bringing and gave many pictures BEFORE and during the job. There were no surprises. I was notified what they found when they found it. There were no hidden costs. Their quotes didn't change once the job was completed. They Deserve 5 Stars and I have already recommended them to another friend of mine. Thank you so much David and Gina and your excellent Crew.
