It turned out about as bad as one could get. Ultimately the roof doesn't seem to leak or have any problems, but it was one of the most painful experiences I have been through. They did not provide a contract. They showed up one day and riped the roof off . They had a non-English speaking roofing crew. The owner was the only English speaking person and he was there for about half an hour and then left. They had to come back and fix several problems. At one point the roofers literally took hammers and beat holes in the roof as opposed to using a saw. It was unbelievable. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I told them I wanted to go with them but there were many things that I wanted to clear away before signing a contract which they never presented.

Norm was professional, informative and thorough in every aspect of the job. He either answered our telephone calls or returned the call within 15 minutes. He had numerous samples to choose from and explained the different materials and warranties. They delivered the shingles on Monday morning and placed them on the roof. We had heavy rains Tuesday and Wednesday, but it was dry Thursday and his crew arrived at 7:15 a.m. They were careful of my flower beds and off loaded the old shingles into a dumpster in our driveway, that they had brought that morning. They finished in one day and inspected the area for any stray nails or debri before they left. The crew conducted themselves in a very professional manner and were helpful with several questions my husband asked during the day. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Norm was excellent. He came out looked at my roof and repaired the shingles and flashing all in one visit. He gave me a realistic assessment of the status of my roof as well as a general idea of what a new roof would cost. Very professional, I will definitely contact him when my roof needs replacing.

I was very pleased with their response and the quality of work they did. They kept coming back until they had the right shingle type to match my existing shingles.

Norm and his team were great to work with throughout the process. He came out for an estimate within a day or so of calling, and followed up with a quote within a day of the visit. On the day of the job, his crew showed up first thing in the morning, around 7:45am. The foreman was very professional, and the crew worked tirelessly. They finished the job in one day. The crew was meticulous about clean-up. For example, a nail fell into the pool and 2 members of the crew were out looking for it right away. They then put up another tarp to protect the pool. After the job was finished, it was like they were never even there, except for the beautiful new roof they installed. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this vendor.

Project went very well. Thompson came out promptly when he was called. Gave us a quick bid. The bid was reasonable (and seemed very much better, fairer than other bids we got). When we contracted with him, Thompson and his help (Brian Wolf) came out when they said they would, and they finished the work quickly. We are happy with the result, and we would definitely recommend Thompson Roofing to anyone needing similar repairs.

He was very nice. He came out and looked at my roof, he was very professional. I have unique tile roof and he was able to fix one of the problems since it was a minor repair. His price was terrific.

I called Mr. Thompson regarding some loose asphalt shingles that needed replacement. He came to my home within 3 days of my initial call, replaced the shingles, inspected the roof, and charged a very reasonable price for the work he completed. I expected to hear my roof needed to be replaced immediately, as some contractors may do to make a buck. Mr. Thompson said it was in good enough shape to last another couple of years and explained what to look for. I will be calling him when the time comes to replace the roof!!

From start to finish Thompson Roofing was outstanding. Some backround, we looked at our roof and it looked like it needed to be replaced. We got 5 companies to come out and give estimates. 4 companies quoted complete roof repalcement jobs( $7,000 to $10,000) and a couple even sugested we call our insurance company in that we might have a claim. They also said the roof was origanilly installed wrong. ( insurance adjuster came out and said roof was fine only ridge needed to be fixed) Thompson roof was the only compnay that said roof was fine, was the only company that knew of the specific kind of shingle that was installed and that is was installed correctly and that all we really needed was the ridge replace and that the rest of the roof would probably last for another 6-10 years. When they where done with the job I told Thompson Roofing I hope they are around in 10 years because I will be calling them when my entire roof needs to be replaced.

Excellent, he has everything down to a tee. The direct TV dish had to be re aligned, which is not their responsibility. He was SUPER patient with my Mom's questions (she is more than 80 years old).

I called to get an estimate for a new roof for our town home. Rich came out the very next day, which I thought was a excellent turnaround time. He was very professional. After inspecting our roof, he found that my roof needed additional work that would include removing a portion of the siding because our roof was leaking. He told me that unfortunately they don't do that kind of work, just strictly roofing. He did tell me exactly what we would need so that when we do get another quote to make sure that work was included.

We called Thompson Roofing when we discovered a leak in our roof. Mr. Thompson called us back within a few hours. He came over, checked our roof, discovered the problem and quoted the price. I asked when he would be able to do the work and he generously noted that we would be getting more rain in the next couple of days. He said that he would be sure to come over the next day to make the repair. I was away from the house when he got here. He made the repair and call me to let me know that it had been completed.

He gave us a ballpark estimate on-site and then followed up with a prompt written estimate. It was straightforward and pretty clear on what he will do and the materials he will use.

Came at appointment time, measured and supplied within a weeks time. Started at time agreed to. Did installation properly and professionally. Went the extra steps I wanted accomplished.

Thompson Roofing was competent and professional. Mr. Thompson himself worked on the crew and supervised the labor. When the job ran a little longer than expected, the crew returned and finished the job on Sunday morning. Cleanup was perfect.
