He does various types of handyman work. He is simply amazing. His prices are EXTREMELY reasonably priced, prompt, tidy, and pleasant to work with. I was so happy to find him on Angie’s List. I feel that he is a true craftsman. I couldn’t be more pleased with his services.

I had used Sam for our HOA job of installing new exterior light fixtures for the entire community. I found him on Angie's list, and couldn't have been happier with his work and pricing. I have referred him to many people. I had called Sam and he chose the date and time he wanted to come to my house. I told him if there were any jobs he didn't want to do, to just let me know so I could make a note to find someone who could do them. I had sent Sam an email that outlined most of the work I needed, and he said he could do all of it. Sam seemed upset that I had bought 2x4's, plywood, and wood screws for the attic flooring. He said he could just use heavier plywood, thereby eliminating the need for the 2x4's. He asked why I had bought the 2x4's and I told him that 2 other homeowners with the same model home as mine had done it that way to add support and give the insulation some room. He asked again why I was doing the floor that way. I thought I was saving him time by having everything he needed on the premises. When I repeated that my neighbors had written down what they used, Sam replied, "Well, get them to do it then." I came inside to call Lowe's. While on the phone with Lowe's (I could not return the wood as I had them cut it into 4 foot pieces) it came to me that we could double up the plywood I already had. I could return the 2x4's and get more plywood at the thickness Sam thought best. When I went out in the garage to tell him, he was just gone! He never said a word. I called Sam a few hours later, asking him what happened. He never returned my call. I waited 24 hours, then sent him an email, asking him to explain what happened. I even said that if he was just having a bad day, to just say so. Again, no response. I am still slightly in shock at his behavior. I did not want to leave a bad review, but I rely on the honesty of others when using Angie's list. I had raved about how good Sam was to so many people, in addition to leaving a glowing review here. I cringe to think he might treat other people the same way he treated me.

Sam showed up promptly at the designated time and actually had the gutter almost fixed before I was aware of his arrival. He worked very promptly with no time wasted on chit-chat. He provided all of the required paint and drywall supplies for the external and internal repairs..

Sam is wonderful! A true asset to the handyman trade .... He contacted me right away after I sent him a massage and came out the next day to look at the job and gave me an estimate ... We scheduled a date and he was right on time and completed the job right! I will definitely be calling Sam for more jobs in the future ... Highly recommended...

Sam was thorough, prompt, professional. He had to go and get parts to finish the job but did not add that to the original quote, which he should have. Will use Sam's services again for tile back splash in the coming weeks.

Sam arrived promptly at 10 A.M. on 7/31/2013. We discussed what I needed to have done. Within 2 hours he called be back with and estimate for materials and labor. We agreed on the cost and at 8 A.M. on 8/1/2013 he installed the runner and was gone by 10 A.M. He is punctual and easy to work with. I would absolutely call him again.

Fine. Cabinet lighting was more involved than originally thought (but that was not his fault; it was due to how previous owner wired electrical).

He was very good. He was also very courteous. He came out right on time & did exactly what he said he would.

We needed some light fixtures, faucets, a garbage disposal, door hinges and two outside water spigots replaced. Sam gave us a very reasonable price quote compared to the competition. His low price coupled with the excellent reviews we read on Angie's List lead us to select Sam to do the work. We are extremely happy we did! Sam was on time, worked quickly, did the repairs exactly as we needed and as he promised. The work areas were spotless when he was done. We will call Sam for our repair projects in the future and we strongly recommend him. He's terrific!

Sam came to my house early AM, right exactly when he said he would be here for the painting of my living room and dining room. I supplied the paint for the walls and Sam provided the paint for the ceilings. Sam had previously come to my house for a free estimate and explanation of how long the job would take. I was very, very pleased with the painting job that Sam did, and the price was more reasonable that I could have imagined. I have recommended Sam I Am, Inc (Sam Mirabele) to several friends of mine, as I believe the services and the price were very, very good. My son is moving into a new house next week, and he has already contacted Sam for painting, etc that he wants done prior to move-in.

Sam cleaned the work areas and removed old lights and boxes for new lights. He is professional and works efficiently. He knows what he is doing.

Sam was punctual. Went right to work and completed the job in 2 days as he said he would. The tile looks great. He did a terrific job. Cleaned the work area.

I contacted Sam after getting a recommendation from a friend who used his services a few times. Sam finished my home improvements with skill,timeliness and a fair price. He installed a dishwasher, toilets, garbage disposal, bathroom vanity and sink, and fixed an outlet. I am having him back for anything I need because he's a hard working a honest fellow. I would have taken 5 times as long to complete the job he did. The workforce needs more people like him.

I contact Sam and he responded to my e-mail with a return phone call. We arranged for him to go to my house and give me a quote on the work I wanted done. He arrived on time, provided the quote, and completed the work exactly as arranged. I was very happy with his work, timeliness and professionalism. I will definitely use him again.
