Did an excellent job on my punchlist!

We have been using Sam for over 20 years and is our go to when we need anything done around our house. He’s painted our garage and redid our deck and many other things.

The quality of Sam’s work is excellent and I was very happy with the projects’ cost, his attention to detail and being so easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

Always on time, always professional and courteous and charges a fair price. Well qualified for so many jobs around the house.

I was very satisfied with the service. His customers service was wonderful , he get back to you the same day & gives you a quote the next day. He comes out to the house review everything.

Wow, where do I begin, well let's start with Sam responded quickly and came on time for the inital onsite estimate. During our walk thru, I explained exactly what I needed done. He then presented an estimate quickly (which I was impressed). He was also able to work around my work schedule to fit me in, much appreciated so, so far so good. We'll, I spoke too soon! The day he arrived q/19/2021 @ 8am (on time) it went down hill. Meaning, he seemed angry, hostile and nothing like the inital estimate. DIL, if he had a bad morning and didn't have his coffee but he was very moody.l to say the least. He came in (not speaking) or explaining where he was going to start 1st and began to install a toliet and new vanity in my LL Powder room. He installed it and while he was coming upstairs to start the shower base (in the master bath) I asked him how it went with the 'LL install. He then said, "well, there's a small hairline leak in the back of the toliet". I than said, "why didn't you tell me for I have 2 new toliet in the garage?" He didn't answer and began to start working on the 2nd bath tub. Let me say, I'm remodeling my home so it's gutted and redo the two baths and kitchen. With that, after he finished the other 2 bathrooms he said he's use one of the new toliet and replace the old one cuz it was missing a part anyway. I found that he opened one of the new toliet boxes (without asking or telling me. Took a part from one of the new toliet to apply to the older one he had already installed. This guy was a nightmare to say the least! Who does that? Come on, don't you think I would need that same part for the new one? It was luck that he exchanges the old one for a new one and could use the same part! Ugh, I also ran to the store to pick up parts he needed (I offered and didn't mind) but when I asked him if he had a bucket tonrun water diwn both drains he just installed he looked at me like I was "ASKING TOO MUCH" but I insisted to ensure there weren't any leaks (which there weren't) THANK GOD! He was very unprofessional, disrespectful and to be quite honest arrogant. I just wanted him to leave and never hire him again for the rest of the work he quoted. I should have listened to the warning when he said he wasn't busy for sometime and sitting at home. I now understand why cuz he's mean and unprofessional and good Handyman are busy. Lesson learned and don't hire this "moody dude" there's someone better out there I promise and I will find him/her the next time. Consider yourslef warned! GOOD LUCK!

Great Job, He works quickly and repaired and installed all well! The price was right also.

Sam was very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with the way the wood color and hardware would look for our home. He also went above and beyond helping me hang wall art and painting the drywall to make everything look good. Sam is honest, which I appreciate as he really wants the final product to look it’s best. I trust his judgement and would definitely hire Sam again.

He refused to caulk the base of the 2 toilets he installed. He just plainly said “he was not going to do it”. He tiled over the floor heating/ A/C vent. He installed the faucet improperly. I got attitude from him when I told him that he needed to correct these issues. At first he put me off fixing this issues. He had to return for 2 days to take the 2 tiles off that covered the heating vent.?when I asked him to caulk the toilets his response was that he was not going to do it because I was going to give him a bad review. He came in at 8am and left at 2pm. He chose not to take the old tile floor out on the 1st day. His attitude on the last day was very negative. All together he came to the house a total of 6 days and he did not finish the job bcse he refused to caulk the toilets. I will not recommend him or hire him again.

Sam is the consummate professional. On time every single day for the project, his work quality, ideas, and overall demeanor were outstanding. His price was more than fair, and the quality received was outstanding. I would highly recommend SAM for any home improvement project, his level of expertise is hard to find

This is the second time we've called Sam to help with an electrical task. I emailed Sam through the Angie's List site to see if he had time to help -- he called me the next morning, offered to stop by in the morning for a quote. When he saw the extent of what we needed, he said "Be right back..." He ran up to Home Depot, bought a new ballast for the fixture and immediately got to work replacing the part. All told, he was at our house for maybe 35 minutes total. I fully expected this to cost me over $100, so was very pleased with the price Sam charged. In both instances that we've called him, he's quickly handled the tasks and charged us a more than fair price. We'll definitely hire him again...and I would highly recommend him for any handyman work that you might have.

Sam did a excellent job with the caulking, and faucet. I promptly scheduled for him to return to patch some holes in my wall from some previous electrical work. Again, Sam was prompt, neat and did a very nice job.
