Hello [Member Name Removed] I just received your feedback for our carpet cleaning services. You had mentioned that some of the stains did not come out. Were you referring to the pet stains or some other stains? We would be more than happy to come out again to take a look at those to see if there is anything that we could do. Sometimes pet urine goes into the carpet pad, as well as the sub floor. Once we clean the carpet with our hot water extraction, it reactivates some of the urine below the carpet which causes the urine to wick to the top of the fibers as the carpet dries. Some types of nylon carpets dyes do not respond well to acidic urine. Either case, we would be happy to come out to your home, of course, no charge, and see if we could help. Description of Work: These professionals cleaned my carpet like it has never been cleaned before. They took their time getting out stains that were previously treated and even brought back much of the original color to the carpet. Their products were outstanding and their workmanship was superb. Description of Work: I called Quality Care Carpet Cleaners near the end of the week of 12/15/14 to see if by some slim chance they could clean my carpeting before Christmas. Mike was kind enough to call me back within the hour. He was able to perform the services for me on 12/22/14 due to a cancellation. I was thrilled with the thoroghness and quality of the process. And Mike and Scott were fun to have around! I had not yet vacuumed the stairs by the time they arrived, but they told me not to worry about it - they would do it with their super vacuum. I'm so pleased with they way the carpet turned out, that I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs their carpet cleaned. Look no further. This is the company you want in your home doing the job!

My carpets look gorgeous. Only one man came, he is the owner and operator of the company. He did an amazing job, I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I had this company come to my home and clean all the carpeting in my house. Three bedrooms, a dining room, and a great room. He also cleaned a sofa with all the cushions and a lazyboy.
