I called Quality Carpet Cleaning after moving into my new home and seen it desperately needed a cleaning. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They arrived right on time. I showed them the stains I was concerned about and they explained the pretreatments they would do, very knowledgeable. They even moved some of my furniture for me. I was very happy with the results, especially since I had white carpeting. I also asked them if they would be able to clean one of my throw rugs and they were very happy to do it. Very reasonably priced and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again myself.

I was supposed to get my carpet cleaned on 6/23 at 830 am but due to our home closing getting rescheduled, I had to call and reschedule our carpet cleaning. Michael was awesome. He was able to call his other customers and move some stuff around to accommodate the time of the carpet cleaning due to the time of our closing. When they came to our home they were very knowledgable and very professional. Michael looked at our carpet and explained to us what they were going to do. We had 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned. It looked fantastic! Would definitely recommend. I will be calling in the next week to get our couches cleaned too!

iBecause I needed to purchase a home with all the living space on one level, my options were limited. When I first looked at the house, the smell of cat urine was srong enough to make my eyes water. I couldn't even tell where the smell was coming from, the odor was so pervasive. i joined Angies List, knowing I would need many services since the house was short-listed. I decided to try Quality Carpet Cleaning Co because they had a special of $238 for 5 areas. I was hoping the odor would be a little more bearable until I could afford to have the carprt ripped out. Scott, the techician, had a black light which showed where the smell was coming from. He called me and reported that there were multiple problem areas that he would treat with a deodorizer. He called again because one spot was very saturated from multiple cat accidents. He would need to use a special process on the spot and industrial chemicals. At my request he marked all the problem areas with blue tape so I could check them for odor. He also informed me that the carpeting was quite new and of high quality which changed my mind about removing it . I am happy to say that the carpeting looks beautiful and that the cat stink is completely gone. Some carpet cleaning companies charge by the spot, but Scott only added $165 for all the extra work. I like that he informed me of the additional charges before he did the work so I could decide whether or not to have them done. I am very pleased with Scott and Quality Carpet Cleaning Co and would use them again in a heartbeat. Definitely an A+ company!

Quality Carpet Cleaning is simply the best! They contacted me right away after my purchase. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They explained the cleaning they were going to do and the possible issues they might have -- heavy traffic areas, pet stains, etc. They pretreated the rugs and thoroughly cleaned them. I have white carpeting and had several carpet stains left from my grandchildren that were especially difficult to get out. Before Scott did anything for the stains, he told me what he could and couldn't do to get them out. He tried everything, and as a last resort did an extra ($25 per stain) cleaning with a very strong solution. One stain (from red gatorade) is still faintly visible, but 100% better than what I was able to do on my own. Very professional, polite, on time, and efficient. My carpeting looks beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

Michael and his assistant did an amazing job! His customer service is A+, he is very responsive and was able to schedule my carpet cleaning very promptly. He arrived right on time, and explained in detail what they were going to do. They were very respectful of my home, and cleaned up when they were done and left my house in great condition. My Carpets look great! I would recommend him in a heartbeat! I will definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning again!

Michael and Scott did a wonderful work! They arrived on time and explained a cleaning process in detail. Michael has a great knowledge of not only carrpet,but also making healthy home. He gave me a lot of good advice. They vacuumed,steamed with hot water,deodorized,and protected. My 30 years old carpet became like a new one ! I bought the big deal of 8 areas carpet cleaning for $333. Their work was more than I expected . They did a great work !

Michael and Scott did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They were prompt, professional, organized, and meticulous. They spent time to educate me about my carpet and give helpful ideas/tips. The owner of Quality Carpet Cleaning, Michael Naskrent, gave me an explanation of his various cleaning processes and checked all the carpets in the rooms with me. He used a special light to see pet stains and then Scott marked them with blue tape to be treated differently than the various food and drink stains. I had always cleaned up the pet stains, but was surprised to see how much was still there that showed up with his light--that could not be seen otherwise. Hundreds of teens have used the rooms during youth group and there were many food and spilled drink stains. I am amazed at how clean they got the carpets! They got out stains that other companies were unable to get out and did a good job on the pet areas too. I was impressed. Michael and Scott were very polite, nice, and professional. Of all the carpet cleaners I have had over the years for the youth group rooms--they did the best. They also left a welcome gift of coffee and chocolate-which was very nice. No other company had done that in the past. I will be using Quality Carpet Cleaning Company for future jobs and feel good about recommending them.

Michael and his crew arrived right on time and did an awesome job. The were punctual, professional, courteous and very informative. They worked around furniture, or moved furniture as needed. They worked quickly and in a couple of hours I had a new house. I can not recommend them enough!

Michael answered all phone calls either at the time of my call or within an hour or so. He gave a time for his arrival, and he arrived at that time. He phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way. His service is outstanding, and there was nothing I could complain about--AND he left me with a Thank You gift. The work that he did was very thorough. He had a tough job due to pet stains and accumulation of hair from a not-so-good vacuum cleaner on my part. Once the carpet dried, there was noticeable improvement. Noticeable in that when I walked on it with my bare feet, it FELT CLEAN. I absolutely recommend him. Please note--he is more expensive than some of the other providers. You get what you pay for by using this company...a Quality Carpet Cleaning.

I wanted the carpets cleaned in my new house before I moved in. Michael was able to schedule me quickly. They cleaned all the carpeting and applied a sealer to protect the carpet fibers. The carpet looked great and there was no chemical odor. It dried quickly. He gave me good advice on how to take care of the carpet now and in the future. He left a "welcome" goody bag which was very nice.

Absolutely superior. Michael and his son both came. It took three hours, as our dog had been skunked AND it was WAY too long since we had it done. A difficult assignment, for sure. Extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, they had all the right equipment and did a great job, start to finish. All skunk gone!! Could not recommend more highly. Stop looking. These are the guys.

The carpets were absolutely hideous prior to cleaning. Stains everywhere from previous owner plus additional stains from my 4 children. They cleaned the carpets and removed many stains. The stains remaining were very faint. Results far exceeded expectations. They also left a nice little "Thank You" gift bag with treats and coupons. That was a classy touch.

The Quality Carpet cleaning team was prompt, courteous and professional. Michael noticed that I'd done a remodel since his last visit, and offered a special service to remove construction dust. I have a large dog, so my carpets get a workout. Michael left them clean and smelling fresh, with no soap residue. I will definitely use their services again.

I met Michael, owner of Quality Carpet Cleaning, when he was hired to clean the carpets at our daughter's townhouse. He walked me through the house, explained the different carpet fibers and how they would be cleaned. I left, confident he would do a good job just based on his knowledge. When I returned to pay him, I was so impressed with the outcome, I told him I'd be calling him to take care of our home as well. He was just here and cleaned all of our family room furniture and our rather delicate white living room furniture that not only had cat urine on one of the love seats but needed to be dry cleaned. He had come by previously, so, he could take a small sample of the material(s) for testing. Those white couches look absolutely beautiful and the urine odor is gone and if you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't even notice it. The family room furniture looks like new and we couldn't be happier!
