On time, professional, reasonable price, courteous, excellent work.

Very disappointed, they seemed only to care about making fast money, they can drop their commitment in the middle of the project, if they find some item(s) may require more effort. I feel bad about my experience with this pro service, its even worse they hired a subcontractor to do the job, they may not be qualified or licensed.

Done fast & done right!

We had a piece at the top pitch of the roof replaced. We have had it replaced before by someone else and it did not last. The work was good. This roof was at least 2 stories high and on an angel so not an easy job. The workers very friendly and diligent. They also fixed a part in the front that was coming off. We are glad to have this done. We only this year learned about home adviser. Used several contractors and have been very pleased.

The repair was done on time, however the first fascia didn't match. Once pointed out, it was corrected at no charge. They have fast and friendly service and the owner stopped to make sure all requirements were met. Definitely recommended!

Roberto was very easy to work with. He was here when the insurance company was doing their inspection and helped showing them all the affected areas. The work was started and finished on time and area was clean when they finished. I would highly recommend Illinois Remodeling Company.

I contacted five companies on a Thursday to repair fascia. Roberto was the only one to respond by coming out for a quote. By Saturday the repair was done.

Very responsive and happy with the results. Wasn’t the cheapest and getting the project scheduled was a bit of a task.

If I could rate them higher than five I would. Roberto, Hector and the entire crew did a great job. We called them for a small repair job but after talking we decided to do the entire house. They completed the job in two days. Clean up was excellent. The crew was very courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I needed some siding repairs done after having a new deck and three season room was put on the back of my house. Roberto came out on the appointed time and gave me a quick estimate. Within 2 hours had a workman out do make the siding repairs. The work that was done was more than satisfactory. Great experience with this contractor and would use them again if I needed repairs again.
