Great work

The whole project, which included replacing the roof, the siding and the gutters, and replacing the windows, was done in a timely manner, without delays. Three different crews worked hard under the scorching sun. The final result is a brand new look of the house. Special thanks go to the project manager Raul Solorzano who was especially helpful coordinating all the jobs, taking care of the details and helping communicate with the insurance company and the crew members, scheduling and rescheduling the inspections. He is a great representative of the company - polite, attentive, and organized. I highly recommend Illinois Home Remodelling llc company for a great job and organization.

René and his team had our roof inspected, submitted to the insurance company and replaced 100% within a month! The day of replacement was a breeze and they cleaned up as if they weren't even here...even put my flower pots back ?. IHR will be my go-to for myself and friends going forward for sure.

Ruben Solorzana came out same day gave me an excellent estimate that beat 3 others. Showed up two days later and did the siding repair. Good work and cleaned up after they finished. Ruben called as soon as they were done to make sure i was happy with the repair. If you need siding, gutters, windows or roofing this is the company you want to work with. Very professional and a great price too.

Unfortunately, they wouldn't cover anything, but Ruben went immediately the next day & did the repair. His price was fair & he always answered my messages promptly. Hector came out and gave a price on repairing the fascia around the peaks of our home. He was personable and gave us the information we needed to make a decision, whereas, other companies were only interested in replacing all the siding on our home which was not necessary. When the time comes to actually replace the siding we will call Illinois Home Remodeling. Quick service since they came out the next day, just later then they said because they were finishing another job. A phone call to let us know why the delay was all it took to keep up happy. Would highly recommend them.

We were almost embarrassed to call a contractor for such a small job. A couple of pieces of siding had blown off our home during a storm and needed to be nailed back in place. But the damage was right under the roofline. We didn't own a 12-foot ladder and really didn't want to climb one. We talked to Hector Pastrana at IHR. He was very understanding, and he came out to our home the same day to give us an estimate. He inspected our damage, and, much to our surprise, repaired it right then on-the-spot. Less than an hour later, the job was done, very much to our satisfaction. You can hardly notice there was ever any damage. The cost of Hector's work was much less than we expected to pay. He was polite, friendly, easy to talk to... and was genuinely interested in us and in our home. Extremely happy! I had a few small siding repairs, most of the companies I contacted would not even give me a quote (only did full houses). I was grateful when Hector called, he told me would be out to see my house that night and gave me a quote. He found a few more areas that also need repair, I had not even seen.
