Everything went smooth. Contractor was easy to work with and acted trustworthy.

Our existing shutters were not in good shape to begin with, and the winter took its toll. By spring most of the shutters were coming away from the brick and one flew off the house into the front yard. In addition, the amount of snow we got bent the gutter over our garage thus causing the need for replacement. We went to Angie's List and found Fox Valley Gutter Cap. We called Tom and he came over right away. He accessed the problems, measured everything and gave us an estimate. He installed everything a week later and we could not happier with the job. The colors matched the existing structures perfectly.

I was very happy with them. I noticed a couple things after the first rain, and they came right out, explained why it was happening, and fixed it for free.

This company responded immediately. The serviceman was able to do the work right away. I was very happy that they responded right away. The serviceman was also very friendly.

It was time for new gutters and I used Angie's list to find Tom Lynch at Fox Valley Gutter Cap. Tom was extremely professional and returned phone calls immediately. Tom and his crew took down my old gutters and replaced with larger gutters and downspouts. Tom took the time to color match the downspouts to our existing siding so they would blend in to house. Tom's crew was professional and took the time to clean up after the job was done. I am very pleased with the way the gutters came out and the work that was done.

It was fantastic from our first point of contact until the job was finished. Tom Lynch made a prompt appointment, gave us an on-the-spot bid for the work. Picked the perfect gutter color to match our new roof and gave us a date for service. His price was competitive, the workman showed up on time, did good work and cleaned up after himself. There were a few things that needed to be adjusted and Tom came out and did that himself on the weekend!

We received a quick call back from Tom to schedule the estimate. The work was done the next week and performed well. Quick and easy - the way it should be.

Tom called me right back. He came out to give me an estimate the next day. After I contracted the work, they were out within a week and a half and did a really nice job. I found Tom very easy to work with, giving suggestions when I asked and talking me through what they were going to do. I was overall very satisfied with their service. They did knock a big piece of stucco off the back of the house, but the workman repaired it (did an okay job) after I asked. It would have been nice if they had come to me, but they took care of it right away.

When a company we hired failed to perform the work, we called Fox Valley Gutter Cap. They gave us an estimate within one day and installed the new gutters that same week. They were actually several hundred dollars less for the exact same quality of gutter. The cleanup was great. We were entirely satisfied with their work. They were very competent and professional!
