FOX VALLEY GUTTER CAP & INSULATION

Fox valley installed last year premium gutter covers. very good job done . This year , i had a major problem with one of the gutter which was clogged . when it rained, water was falling down like a waterfall. I called tom Lynch on monday 3 , he sent one of his technician who fixed the problem and even checked all the gutters . did not charge me for the service. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of service .

Tom was great! He arrived for the first meeting gave me lots of information. he was profession and informative. He came out again to speak with my husband and we decided to hire tom and his team. They came for the installation on time the work was done timely and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend!

I called Tom for a quote and he came out the same day.We built our home and we unfortunately did not have a good builder, all of our gutters leaked. Tom took one look and told me exactly what the problem was. The gutters were to small. We also had an exterior wall leak which Tom told me was caused from lack of flashing on/at the roof. Tom is an honest guy, he did not have to volunteer this information. I thought well, if he is to be so honest and tell me what is wrong before he gets the job I will be honest and hire him to do the job. The installer was great, definitely knows how to install gutters. Plus they both love dogs! What more could a customer ask for~Great service and great price.

I would recommend this service. Price was excellent and Tom is extremely responsive. After initial installation, there was a leak that had not existed previously in a corner at a 90 degree angle where two gutters met. I called Tom and he was out very quickly to fix the problem no questions asked. I was very pleased that he took care of it and finished the job so quickly and was committed to quality.

The experience was great from start to finish. Once we made the call to request an estimate, Tom Lynch/president was at our home the next day. He thoroughly discussed our needs and services he could provide to meet them. His pricing was excellent, so we decided to work with FVGC. The plan was to do the work (a smaller job relative to the normal work they do) within a week or so. They called within the week and scheduled work for the day following the call. The fellow that did the work was polite, professional, definitly "Can Do", efficient and, neat. The work took a couple of hours. Honestly everything was perfect, including the clean up. Two big THUMBS UP.

Very prompt service and responsiveness. We needed an urgent downspout repair. Even though the job was small and we were a new customer, Tom responded right away and sent someone over to fix the problem that day.

Exceptional from start to finish! I called Tom on Monday afternoon, he just happened to be nearby. He looked over my damaged gutter and advised me on options. Came the next day and Aaron the installer arrived on time. He and Tom got to work and finished in about an hour while the blizzard started to kick in! We spoke more about the gutter caps and the condition of our current remaining gutters, the choices and price point and very wallet friendly. We will have them back in the spring to replace the rest of the gutters and install gutter caps. Great service, super great guys! They were neat and tidy, good communication the whole time from start to finish. Excellent company!

Service was complete and efficient. They worked with me on using my open gutter shoots to avoid having chipmunks hiding in my downspouts.

Tom came the same day I called him and gave me an estimate to replace my gutters and downspouts. The price he gave me was so good that I ended up including gutter screens on the deal. He came within a week to install them. I was very pleased with the job, I couldn't find any mistakes at all. Anyway after the installer finished I called Tom to ask him about the warranty because it was not stated in the final invoive. Two hours after that Tom came with a new invoice stating the warranty. What can I say, the best experience I ever had with a contractor! Thank you Tom!

I contacted Fox Valley based on their reviews on Angie's List. I emailed Tom one evening to ask for him to come for an estimate. He showed up at my house the next day to ask me what I needed done because I didn't give him my phone number in the email. After talking to him for a little bit he said he need to leave to get a few things and then would be back. He came back later that day and took the measurements for the gutters. After discussing it with my fiance we decided to take his offer. We scheduled the appointment to get the gutters done the following week and everything went very smoothly. I had to leave while they were still working to go to work and when I got home that evening they were done and everything was cleaned up and my house looked great.

They came out the same day I called. The estimate was fair and I liked the product. They were able to complete the work the next week. The cap blends in with the shingles so you can barely tell it's there.

They came out within a day and gave me an estimate of the cost for doing both gutters and insulation which I thought was a very fair cost. We made an appointment for the date to perform this. Mr.Lynch called the night before to do the gutters. They came out early the next morning and replaced the gutters. They were very efficient, cleaned up right away, showed me everything they did which was excellent. The next day they came out and installed the insulation in the attic and even showed me pictures of the finished job. I also have inspected and approved. I believe they did an excellent job on both days and I am extremely satisfied with all the work. We have also had rain and cold weather so I know everything is working great. I am very satisfied with both jobs, their work ethic is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I received a phone call the day after I sent an e mail. Tom the owner came to look at the problem we were having and quickly removed his ladder from his truck and took a look to see what was happening to the gutter. He fixed the problem at no charge and told us that our gutters were too small for the house. He did not try to sell us new gutters as the ones we have are expensive but do not fulfill their duties. " More for show than for go", he said. We did however, have him install heater cables in the gutters so that ice does not build up in them over the winter which could cause problems with the soffits. He was prompt with the installation and also provided several items free of charge. I can't say enough good things about this company. He did not bill me until the installation was complete. Customer service abounds with this company, prompt and courteous and the installer was pleasant and funny. No extra charge for the jokes!!

I found Fox Valley Gutter Cap on Angie's List, and my intention was to purchase new gutters for my home. When I called, Tom drove to my home the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the new gutters. Because of that estimate, I called him again and asked about a price for gutter caps. Again, he returned to my home, showed a sample of the cap and answered all of my questions. Because I also had a flat roof that was not shingled, he returned a third time to show me a leaf protector for that roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing new gutters, downspouts, and heat tape. Aaron and Hugo, the installers arrived earlier than expected, introduced themselves, and completed the work in approximately four hours. The old gutters and downspouts were removed, and the area was cleaned to perfection. It rained after the gutters and cap were installed, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is a wonderful company, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.

Tom, the owner came right out and gave me a written quote, he explained the job and what it would involve. The job was done very well and his men cleaned up the job so there was no trace of any debris or packaging. The gutters look great and I was very happy with the work.

When the job was scheduled to begin on Oct 20, the machine which forms the material into seamless gutters was inoperable and the job had to be rescheduled. However, within 5 days the workers returned with repaired equipment and completed the job within 2-3 hours. The gutters work fine and the job-site was cleaned up promptly and completely. Overall, a very good, timely job.

The price was great. I had other estimates that were up to 30% more than what Gutter-Cap charged us. The gutters (with caps) look great from the curb (and close up too). Several large rainstorms have occurred since the install and the gutters and caps work perfectly. We are completely satisfied with the work and the product. I have just one minor beef. They recommended a heating element (wire) be installed on a gutter that we had been getting ice damage on. I was a little surprised when the plug on the wire was left at the downspout and I was expected to get service to it. It ended up not being that difficult to do but I was not aware before the install that it would not be plugged in. The company's response was basically that they assumed I would know that. My suggestion is to ask more questions of Gutter Cap. They took the time to completely answer all of the other questions I asked - I just didn't think to ask about the wire.

I had received several quotes on replacing our gutters, but didn't know who to work with. We signed up for Angie's List to check these companies out only to find that none of them were listed. Fox Valley Gutter Cap was and had several good reviews. So on a whim, I called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with Tom who stopped by later that afternoon. He was personable and his quote was very reasonable so I hired him. Tom had said they would be out the following week, but the weather was terrible and I didn't hear from them until Friday. Tom said they could come by that afternoon. However, we were already on our way out of town for the weekend. Tom gave me the choice of whether or not I wanted to be there. I said go ahead and crossed my fingers that everything would be okay. We returned on Sunday to brand new gutters and downspouts which had already survived heavy rains. Everything looked great and our basement was dry!!

The price that they charged was very fair and they did a very good job. Their price is very good and is less compared to anybody else. They came spot on time. They said that they would come at 7 and they were right at 7. They once came back to replace the gutter screens when they had put the wrong one's in and didn't charge anything for it. I can give them 100 percent on everything. They were very polite, nice and careful with the property. If need be, then we would use their services in the future as well.

He was wonderful. He came out quickly and gave us his opinion on what needed to be done and also had a roofer come out to confirm what needed to be done. He was polite and seemed honest. I would use him again in the future.
