No issues all went as planned, the roof is still in great condition. Now the house is the showcase of my neighborhood!

Never rushed us on discussion. Great knowledge on complicated carpentry, application of high tech info and older home. Paid attention on aesthetic part of the historic home. Gave additional info that we did not know. Very easy to communicate. Made us feel like we are a part of their team. DFC helped us to get over fear of unknown (Roof is high and we can not see) and gave us peace of mind. Our family is happy and feel protected by a roof work well done. Yes we do not hesitate to recommend DFC to people we know.

They came to estimate for new roof and replacement. They gave me their bid. I called to accept it. A rep. came out to help me select the color and type, sign papers and intiate the process. The men showed up at 8am and were done before 5pm. They did everything they promised they would do in the contract. And to reiterate, they did outstanding work!

My call was answered quickly. The information was taken in a friendly and professional manner. They came out the next day. After a thorough examination of the siding, they located the loose areas which they then fixed. They were polite, friendly and professional.

They came on the day they had estimated, started first thing in the morning and finished before sundown. They had a fairly large crew, which helped them to get done in a day. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.

The work began on Thursday and was completed on Friday. They cleaned up my property as well as I could have expected once the work was completed. They did not replace my gutter guards appropriately; therefore, I spent an afternoon fixing it myself. However, the roof was completed.

I called Dyna-Flow for an estimate on a leaking roof on a Wednesday afternoon. I left a detailed message about the problem and made sure they understood that it wasn't an emergency leak, but probably just something small we wanted to nip in the bud. I got a call Thursday from Michael and he came out right that same day. He looked at the damage from inside and out. He took photos and showed me the problem spots and gave me an estimate for what needed to be replaced, but what I thought was wonderful is that he took the time and initiative to calk up the problem spots to give us time to review the estimate and decided on a plan of action without worrying about the next rain. Also a plus, he was very friendly and that always makes for a good experience.

Roof-The crew showed up on time and on the correct day. They worked hard to have it all done in one day. They cleaned as they went, and I have not found a single nail left over. I am so pleased at they work they did. The gutters were done by a different crew, on time and in one day. One gutter was angled down too low, and Mr. McKenna came out immediately and fixed it. I will certainly be calling them for the next project!

Mike, Dyna-Flow's president, came out to see the project and had a quote for us the same day. His professionalism, knowledge, timeline and pricing all contributed to us choosing Dyna-Flow. We contracted for the roof repairs/replacement and new siding for the entire house. From tearoff to the finished product the crew was sensational. They were always on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and communicated to us what was going to be done each day. Mike's foreman attended to the finer finishing details and stayed extra hours to finish the job. Mike got up on the roof and worked right along side his crew to get the project completed. There were no surprises and no added costs. We are extremely pleased with the roof and the new siding. Neighbors have driven by and commented on how great it looks. We could not be more pleased to have selected Dyna-Flow Corp and highy recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or siding.

Extremely well. They had a crew of four and were done in a day. The crew was courteous, on time, and took a short lunch, making it more likely that they'd finish in a day. The weather being perfect probably helped somewhat. The window looks beautiful, transforming the feel of the room.

Went great ! Great suggestions on how to maximize the repair and save money, helped coordinate with insurance and the final job looks great ! We have had a lot of wind since the repair, and no issues at all with siding blowing off. It is staying put this time !

We needed someone to come out and fix our leaking roof. Dyna-flow was the only company out of four or five we contacted that could make it out before the storms. Talking with Mike was great, he has one of his employees stop over on their way home. Russ did the work, fixing the loose flashing around our fireplace, as well as around one of the other exhaust vents. The min charge was $250, which while a bit steep, was more than fair considering they came out the same day we called, and they told us the minimum up front. We will plan to use them again when we need our windows replaced. Thanks guys!

I liked everything about the work; they could not have done anything better. They were very courteous on the phone and provided a prompt, good estimate. The work they did was pretty fast, reasonable and they were expediant. I will use them again in the future.

The first start date was put off because of rain, which was understood. The next day they were to start, the village did not have the permit ready. So they began the following day. Because of the village not being ready with the permit, they started very late in the day.We first thought this might be a problem. But these guys worked there tail to the bone and worked till dark. The next day, they began early in the morning and sent more workers here and the roof that was supposed to take 3 days, they finished in 1 day and 1/2. The guys were terrific. They all worked so hard. Every detail was done that was worked out with Brian. My husband had specific requests and Brian made sure the team was informed of every detail. I was really impressed with the workers cleaning up. This was the first contractor ever that we hired that cleaned up as they worked. And at the end of each work day they went through the yard very throughly. I really appreciated that because I have 3 dogs that could really get hurt or sick if they had left stuff on the ground. They were really careful that none of the stuff got into my swimming pool and none of my plants got ruined. These were things that I was concerned about and they did all this without me saying a word. The whole story is this company and its workers were wonderful. The roof looks great. It rained and we have no leaks. That was a plus! I will definetly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We had a storm on 23rd July and a tree came down and fell on the power lines. It pulled our siding and wall of our house. We used them before to put the roof on the garage. It was paid through insurance. It was a very good experience. They came when they said they would and fixed the house to where you couldn't even imagine how it looked before. I would give them a positive grade. I was very happy with the outcome and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They had it done in 3 and half hours with three people. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

We had a crazy raccoon tear a hole into our roof above our garage. I was actually awake at the time and was able to scare it away before it made itself comfortable in our crawl space above the garage. It left torn shingles and a hole. We called around looking for someone to come out and give us an estimate and at least tarp the roof until the repair could be done. Mind you, this was Labor Day weekend. Thank goodness I dialed Dyna Flow's phone number! Other companies couldn't come out. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and told me he could send someone out THE SAME DAY. I was so thrilled. Tim came out to look at the roof. It was in the 90s that day. He came out looked at the roof and put a piece of metal over the hole to hold us until Tuesday 09/06. At no extra charge. He was very friendly and explained all the work he was going to do in detail. Today, he came called about 40 minutes before he came out to confirm and showed up earlier than he told us. He got right to work and finished the job in about an hour and half. He had to replace the metal flushing around my chimney and fix the plywood and put down shingles. He gave me a receipt, explained what he did in detail and was on his way. He was friendly and you can tell he took a lot of pride in his work. I would recommend Dyna Flow to anyone who needs Roofing or Siding. We are selling this house, but if we weren't we would have hired them again to replace our roof. If you are looking for a great customer service experience, this is the way to go. It's not always easy to find that these days, so it is very refreshing to see. A++++++

Wind from a storm pulled some of the siding loose from the house one night. The next day, Monday June 20th, I called Dyna-Flow and several other companies to find out if they could stop by and attach the siding again. The other companies wanted 250.00 to perform the work, but Dyna-Flow said that since there was no reason to replace the siding, as it was not damaged, they would only charge me a minimal service call charge. I agreed to have the work done. On Wednesday, Dyna-Flow called me to apologize for not getting there sooner as they were backed up by rain and other storms. They assured me I was the first stop on Thursday morning. As promised, Thursday morning at 8 a.m. a technician arrived and in about 15 minutes completed the work. Rather than using nails, he used screws so there was less chance of the siding coming loose again. Overall, I am very pleased with Dyna-Flow. I originally called them on Monday afternoon so was not expecting anyone till Wednesday. To receive a call apologizing for not getting there sooner was a pleasant surprise. From this experience I would certainly use this company again.

Mike was quick to respond and quote the replacement with extreme efficiency. Extra care was taken to match the replacement material with the existing home structure. The crew that performed the work for quick and professional. The entire job from quote to completion was 10 days.

Very well. Came on time got it done in a day as planned. Crew was courteous. They did not change their estimate and in fact didn't charge us for the permit or the inside trim put on the skylights. I would use them for other jobs, no doubt.

I didn't end up using them because my brother did the work, but they were excellent. I am confident they would have done a great job.

We first contacted Mike Jr. earlier in the summer when we were getting quotes from multiple contractors for the roof, gutters, soffits, and fascia job, and it came down to three we found here on Angie's List. We ended up choosing DynaFlow because out of everything, we felt most comfortable with them and their punctuality was great when getting the quotes and in answering any questions we had. The work started 1/5 weeks later on July 3 as soon as the weather cooperated. There staff was here bright and early and busted their tails to get the entire roof portion of the job done in one day and were successful in their efforts. Tear down took a few hours, and after a little bit of a holding pattern waiting for the dumpster to arrive, they were soon cutting in for the ridge vent, trimming up the decking and laying in the new arch. GAF tiles. They were very careful to keep the debris on the roof and then in the dumpster, but even them they still took care to protect the landscaping and used drop cloths. The end result looked wonderful, and they even replaced all the old vents and tar flashings with permanent metal flashings and updated stacks. Jim did a great job coordinating everyone and even when a surprise popped up with a large tree in the front being removed the same day, everyone seamlessly worked together and around each other. After the holiday weekend, they were back bright and early again to start on the metal trim work around the house. The two guys working the sheet metal were true artists. They started at one end of the house and slowly worked around, custom fitting each piece so it would lay right and look right - backing up any measurements by ruler with their eyes. This house is old enough and with enough additions that there really aren't many straight lines, but they do one heck of a job smoothing the lines out and really boosting the curb appeal. The soffits and fascia took 2.5 days to complete at which point the seamless gutters came in. With a little help, the long runs of gutter were craftily maneuvered into place and secured, and over-sized downspouts were put in place. It's already rained a few times since the gutters were put in place, and I can genuinely say everything was pitched correctly as expected and drainage from the gutters is no longer a problem for us. Overall, my wife and I feel blessed to have caught these guys to do the work we needed. They kept up communication throughout the entire process, use quality training personnel, and take pride in the end results. We have a few more things on the exterior of the house next year definitely we'll be calling them back for!

I called and spoke with the project manager for their job that was 2 houses down. He was very nice and when I explained the situation, he said that it would normally cost $150, but they would do it for $100 since they were so close and it would be such a quick job. After approximately 2 weeks, I noticed that they still had not come by, and also noticed that it appeared that the job they were doing nearby had wrapped up. I called the project manager back again and left a voice mail, and 6 days later I still have not received a call back. It appears that they blew me off. ($150)

1/2 of my roof is flat and the other is peak. In the past they re did the flat roof and most recently they re did the peak roof. They are so reachable and reliable. The roof is exactly how I wanted it. They also updated and added some features to the new roof Responsive and prompt and never put you off. I think they are so reasonable with their prices and trustworthy. That's the biggest thing.
