Climate Control is great! They replaced both of our air conditioner units and we are extremely happy with everything. They were very nice and professional. They install American Standard air conditioners - arguably the best - and their price was considerably better than others. If you do a little research you will hear that the installation is as important as the brand. Climate Control ranks among the best here, too. All in all, you'd be missing on a great opportunity if you didn't contact them for an estimate. Professional, great equipment, great price, great installation. I feel lucky to have found them thru these reviews.

Climate Control Services, and specifically Tom, did an overall outstanding job. I needed a new AC and Furnace installed quickly as I was selling my house, so I called on three companies to provide quotes. Tom's quote was not only the least expensive, but also the most comprehensive. He was the only provider that took the time to perform a load calculation to ensure the units were the most efficient size. The other companies appeared to just quote me what I had based on my 25 year old equipment. Tom scheduled quickly, his guys were prompt, clean, and courteous and did the job quickly. He had made the recommendation to put the AC unit on rails to keep it off the ground, and I'm really glad I took his suggestion. It looked awesome. During the permit inspection, the city inspector remarked on how well a job they had done installing the AC unit, pointing out a few things he usually doesn't see from other inspectors. I'll definitely be calling on Tom for seasonal maintenance from now on.

Outstanding HVAC company. I was having trouble with my AC not working and my system was already 25 years old. I called 3 different companies for quotes and Tom from Climate Control was the first to call within 30 minutes of my request. Tom was able to come out the same evening and reviewed our needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us understand the different systems and how they worked. After spending over an hour with us answering various questions and determining our needs, he measured the rooms and even windows to ensure we had the right size AC (3 1/2 ton unit) and furnace. He even emailed us a proposal before the end of the night. We were so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the system that we canceled our other quotes. We were able to negotiate a great price and went with the high efficiency system. His crew was out the following Wed at 8:00am and did an outstanding job. Dan and Greg were very professional and careful when removing the old system and installing the new one. They estimated it would take them 8 hours to complete the work and were done in 7. I cant speak highly enough about the great job they did. Tom was on site before the guys were done and took the time to review the new thermostat and all its features with me until I was comfortable with it. We cant believe the difference in the cooling of the house, rather than having to keep the temperature set for 70, we are now able to keep it at 75 and feel much more comfortable. Now the house is cooled evenly, the upstairs rooms are now the same temperature as the downstairs area. When the Village inspector came out to review the work, he commented on what a nice job the installers did. The duct work was neat and well sealed. He said he didn't see a lot of jobs done as well as this was. Again, Climate Control is the company to use. Extremely knowledgeable about all systems, fantastic work and great employees. The techs arrived around 8:30 and completed the job about 4 pm. Very professional and they cleaned up completely. They laid out floor covering from the front door to the basement. They answered all my questions and even paid attention to my dog. Tom made two additional trips to fill out financing forms and to install the backing plate for the thermostat. The cost seemed to be in the neighborhood of what I expected. I will use this company again.

I had several estimates and out of all of my contacts with contractors the one that stood out the most was Mr. Wyse with Climate Control Services. Mr. Wyse in my opinion is an outstanding individual. No pressure sales. First and foremost he took the time to explain and educate myself on the different options available to me. Mr. Wyse then took the time to do a complete and thorough evaluation of my home so he could properly size the unit and find the best fit for my needs. (most contractors did not do this) When his men came to install my new unit I was further impressed by their professionalism ,knowledge,and skill .Customer service was top of the list. I plan to use Climate Control Services for all of my future needs and I will refer them to all of my family and friends.

Courteous, pleasant. I scheduled the initial appt through the website/email. There was a quick response and it was easy to schedule. They didn't have much to say at the cleaning appt, which I guess is good. For the installation that I'd inquired about, they seemed to do a good job, the explanation of recommended work corroborated what I'd been previously told. Tom is a man of few words which makes him efficient. They'll be my regular HVAC service provider now.

The experience was excellent. They were on time and they were very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions.

I had Climate Control our last year to check my furnaces out. So this fall I called them to see if I could get them to come out and check my furnaces. They explained they didn't have a special on Angie's List this year but they were going to give me the same price as last year. Nathan from the company came this morning. He was friendly and efficient. He was about 15 minutes early which worked out good for me as I was getting things done around the house. He was done with the work in about 40 minutes and reported no issues with the furnaces. I had some questions regarding style of furnace filters and timing of changing them and he answered all of my questions.

Excellant. Ever since units were installed in 2013, they have followed up with excellent service. Tom has responded to issues quickly and effectively. I have had him in for annual tune ups and the service is terrific.

They were really superb. What I loved was the air conditioning guys came out and installed it. We fired it up and the guys had left. I listened to it and it was making a really loud noise so I went next door to our neighbors. I stood on their porch and I could hear the air conditioner so that was totally unacceptable. I walked back in and talked to my husband. I called them and I said this sucks. He said he would be right out here. He came out with a meter to measure sound levels. The unit is obviously defective. I will replace it immediately and he personally did. He went back to the shop. He got a new one. He brought it out. He installed it. The unit continues to function beautifully. We would absolutely use them in the future.

The technician (Nate) was nice enough to take the time to review the issue with me and made sure I understood the next steps. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Tom who again walked me through the issue and explained my options. It's not everyday you have an expense like a new humidifier to worry about, but Tom and team took all those worries away. Their product knowledge and recommendations tailored to fit my budget put my mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands. The truly amazing part was how fast and helpful they were about scheduling the next visit. Within a day, they were back out to install the new humidifier, they didn't miss a beat.
