Description of Work: 28 Year old furnace went out - needed new blower but due to its age no one carried the part. Tom overnighted the part and had my house warm and toasty the next day. Tom also loaned us in a couple of space heaters to tide us over until the part came.

On-time for both estimate and the start of the work. Very professional, explained everything and was eager to answer questions. Installation crew of 3 was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. They put drop cloths down over all the areas of the house they walked in and cleaned-up very well when the work was completed - you couldn't even tell any work had been done. Tom arrived at our home within 5 minutes of the project's completion to review the work and to answer any remaining questions. Their price was the lowest out of 5 estimates; 3 of which were for the exact same equipment. Installation could not have gone better.
