They respond quickly, coming out on the same day one time we called with our A/C out over the weekend. We plan to use them for all our HVAC needs.

I'm an engineer (worst possible client for HVAC installers). All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I had a couple of other bidders to do this, with quotes ranging from 4k to 15k. I wasn't satisfied because nobody was good at explaining to me what the underlying problem was and what the solution needed to be. Tom took one look at my furnace and said "It's twice as big as it needs to be, no wonder it kept burning up motors". After some back and forth, he said, "You don't need all these zones - they are contributing to your problem." It all made sense. They took the zones out, put in a furnace half the size of the former one (competitors just bid replacement size without doing any sort of load analysis). Before this upgrade, we kept the thermostat turned down in rooms we didn't use much (not realizing that is the worst thing you can do to an oversized furnace - nobody told us that). Now, without the zones, all rooms are warm all the time, which had the unexpected benefit of making the house seem larger as we routinely use all rooms now. Another unexpected benefit was that the rooms above these zones are warmer too, and we are STILL using less fuel because the furnace is running in it's target efficiency range. We could have paid 3x or 4x what we paid and ended up with worse performance without this understanding. They American Standard furnaces, which are the same as Trane, but less expensive, which helped on the cost side. We have 10 year warranty parts and labor. My calls were answered promptly. They showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and left the place in perfect shape. Sheet metal work was very clean and tight. If you look on the web, you will eventually find experts who stress that the installer is more important than the furnace brand. I would agree with that, based on my research, and it certainly paid off in this case. One of the other bidders called me to find out what I had decided. I told him I went with CCS because of the advice they gave and the savings I realized because of their expertise. The guy said in response that he bid what I asked him to, which is true. CCS went one step beyond, however, and told me frankly (at one point even offering to walk away) that what I wanted wasn't what I needed, and they were right. I cannot recommend Climate Control Services highly enough.

The install was in a rental unit, Climate Controls guys were on time and very professional. The tenant spoke highly of how professional they were. The job was done in about 3-4 hours (Tom took care of the permit, his guys were out and the tenant had heat) with a very minimal amount of disruption. Stream

Can't say enough nice things about this company. Called on a Friday and had service scheduled for Monday. We had our 3 furnaces and 2 humidifiers cleaned, inspected, and the filters replaced. Tom was very professional, insightful, and diligent to ensure everything was cared for and all questions were answered. We had also smelled a gas leak around one of the furnaces and asked them to inspect. I had forgotten to ask them what they found before they left the house. I called them back about 5 minutes after they had left and they sent someone back to the house within 10 minutes to inspect and fix the gas leak issue at no cost for the inconvenience of having to return. Will definitely be using them for future services and recommending to others!

Tom called to confirm and arrived on time. He explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. Had a tenant call about bad A/C. Another company went out and said that they needed to change out the unit. Called Tom; he came out, found the leak, repaired it and charged it up and then told me that I could get another couple of years out of that unit. Love this guy.

My AC died. The temp in the house is 90 degrees, and it's 11pm. I didn't have a good night. Looking for a good honest HVAC guy is frustrating. I contacted several other places thru the night and morning. I'm now sitting cool and writing a review, while I wait for some of the others to call me back. Climate Control Services, LLC answered the phone prior to their opening hours, and although with the heat wave is making their crew very busy, the owner himself came out. I was told the condition of my unit was actually better than I thought it was, and all I needed was a capacitor, and perhaps a cleaning down the line if I choose to do it. He went about adjusting the air flow levers on the furnace ducts to stabilize the temp across the multiple floors, although I didn't even ask for it. I am impressed and thankful. I am left feeling these guys are working hard for every dollar they make, that they care about you, and I fear my climate system less after meeting Tom. Having a "guy" makes a big difference...

Turned out the unit had not been cleaned for quite some time even though we've had services out to clean it in the past. Also was never installed correctly. Tom was nice enough to take pictures to document everything for me so I could see what was going on. Tom cleaned as much as he could to get the AC working again. He also went over what the problems were with it being installed incorrectly so I could go back to the company who installed with the correct information to get it fixed. Tom was extremely helpful and professional, will definitely do business with him again.

Even though this was a very difficult repair, it got done the same day. The fan had seized up and overheated, fusing the metal and making it hard to remove from the housing. He got a new fan and had us warmed up in a few hours. Very prompt, very courteous.

Tom came out to fix a broken air conditioner and told me it just needed servicing. He even provided me with a special coupon reducing the price to just $99.00. I will be using his company in the future and would highly recommend him.

As luck would have it, Tom was going to be in my neighborhood and offered to take care of the appointment himself that same day. Tom replaced a broken drainage pipe (created one from scratch, actually) and gave me a full run-down on all the things in my heating and cooling system that I should keep an eye on. He also pointed out some potential problems with the plumbing, gas line, drainage system, and even a possible bee problem in my new/old house. AND he fixed a slamming storm door on his way out. Tom is a quick-working guy who likes to solve problems. He goes above and beyond just the maintenance and tries to help solve, or at least warn you about any potential issues he sees. And that's fine by me. I'd rather know now than be unpleasantly surprised when something breaks later.

They were great. I called someone else first who said I would need to get my furnace replaced and get a new motor. I called Climate Control instead and they told me they could just repair it and I definitely didn't need to get it replaced. I really appreciated their honesty and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

It was very good. From what my wife said, the workers were very nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves well. They didn’t mind our kids asking them a bunch of questions either.

Tom, the owner, gave us an incorrect quotation but did come through to correct it four days later. The quotation was not itemized and I believe this is important. You have to see exactly what you are paying for and for warranty purposes. You can't have a contractor come back and say "Oh by the way, that item was not included in my proposal it is an extra". The company charged a $129 fee for the quotation and listed my call as a service call which it was not. Other contractors have come out and given us free quotations for their services. Tom, the owner, called to whine about my remarks on the service call fee. This is harassment which I do not appreciate. We only had two requests from Climate Control. One was that we had a tight budget to work with and we knew what we wanted so we could compare exact items. The other was that we wanted to get the boiler installed before the cold weather hit. We were told that it would take 3 or 4 days to get a boiler installed. The contractor we used was able to get a boiler installed 1 day after we contacted him. The contractor we used was very professional and quick and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a boiler. The contractor we used also did not charge for his quotation. Climate Control also added that he records his phone conversations. He did not announce that any of my calls were being recorded.

From the start - estimate- service was courteous and professional. Several options were discussed and offered. No pressure. Enabled best judgment for most suitable system. Careful description of brands and workings of all systems. Installation went as smooth - one day operation from removal and haul-away to instructions on final use. Quiet, clean, efficient work with courtesy and professionalism throughout. No leave-behinds, no debris, no markings or disruptions of any kind. Smooth as silk. Since installation, unit check on twice - no repair, just vendor check up on satisfaction. One volunteered adjustment for auto-thermostat - no charge. Great job! And I've seen some bad ones! This guy knows and does his stuff the right way!

It went great. They did a very thorough job and were very helpful and informative. Everything that was recommended was explained so that I knew exactly what I was purchasing and why it would be best for my home. I highly recommend going with Climate Control if you are looking for a trustworthy company that sells quality products and does good work.

Tom and Climate Control did an excellent job from start to finish. Tom was always very responsive, and his team's installation was done on time and within the original quote. Tom did a great job explaining the entire process, and followed-up after to make sure we were satisfied. We would definately use this contractor again, and have recommended them to family and friends.

Tom and Climate Control have been excellent from the very beginning. I had been using another American Standard certified company that was difficult to get a hold of, always tried to blame some other factor for why things weren't working, threatened to not apply the warranty if I didn't meet very specific conditions, etc, and this prompted me to switch to Cliimate Control. Tom run the show and is always very pleasant and professional. He is easy to get a hold of, calls me back right away, is flexible in his scheduling, and professional when he or his team arrives. I've never had any problems with them, and the best part about it is, he charges about half what the other company was gouging me for (but in fairness, I have not found anyone who charges as much as the previous company). I definitely recommend Climate Control Services for your HVAC issues.

The guy who came out knew exactly what I needed. The 3-zone system is more complicated in most homes. So, he knew exactly how to do it. He installed it and did it correctly. It also saved a lot of money as far as heating and air conditioning goes. When it comes to their price, they are right in the middle. They weren?t the highest or the lowest.

I WAS IMPRESSED ,TOM KNEW ABOUT THE ZONE SYSTEMS AND WHAT DIFFICULTIES THESE ZONES WOULD BE ON THE INSTALL , TOM BROUGHT NEW AND UPDATED ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND WIRED THESE ZONE VAVLES TO THE SYSTEM , THEY NOW WORK OFF THE THEROMOSTAT CONTROL AND ARE NO LONGER MECHANICAL. TOM WYSE WAS THE ONLY ONE I TALKED TO WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATES / PROPOSALS ,THAT HAD AN UNDERSTANDING OF MY HVAC SYSTEM AND ITS UNIQUENESS.
