Carpet Wiser Carpet Cleaning

These guys were AMAZING! This is the first time I can say I was actually embarrassed to have carpet cleaners come to my home. Our cat had recently died of bladder cancer which entailed bloody urine spots everywhere, especially under the bed where she hid when so sick. We didn't see under there til we moved the bed just prior to their arrival, and it looked like she had birthed several litters of kittens under our bed. I tried hydrogen peroxide before they came which helped, but all the stains were evident. They spent 3 hours at our house and got ALL the stains out! I really didn't think it was possible as the stains were several weeks old. I've never had carpet cleaners here for so long or work so hard. Five star award!

The gentlemen cleaned and removed stains that had been there for years. This cleaning took years off of my carpets. They even cleaned my front mat at my door and my stairs which were not a part of the deal. THANK YOU!!

Raul was in constant contact with us from letting us know when they were leaving a job and heading to our home, to letting us know when he grabbed the materials and what day and how long it should take to do the job. When Raul's crew showed up they got straight to work and removed the old carpet and then installed the new carpet. the job took less time than he has estimated and the carpet turned out awesome. Raul showed up after the job was completed and inspected the work himself. I was very thankful for coming across Raul and his business. I look forward to having to use his services in the future for keeping our carpets clean!

Raul and his team did a great job. The carpets look new again. There was one stubborn stain that didn't come out, so Raul came back the next day and took care of it (and didn't charge me for the extra trip). I will definitely use again.

I called them after another service provider didn't call me back and didn't refund me. I paid them $261 to clean my carpets and they look brand new. Raul came here and I went out with my doggy because I didn't want my doggy to be here when Raul was here. I ran my errands and took care of my business and everything and Raul worked. Raul even said, "I will call you in about a half hour when I'm done and then you can come back" but I came back sooner and Raul and his team was working. My carpets looked brand new. I've been living here more than 6 years and they look brand new. He was so kind and wonderful. They were supposed to be here at a certain time but then they called me and said, "We're going to be a few minutes late" and they were a few minutes late. But it's okay because they called me and I was home and waiting for them.

My carpet had numerous cat vomit stains and Carpet Wiser was able to get them out amazingly well. They did have to pretreat for the pet stains, which cost a bit more, but the price was quite fair. I have used well known carpet cleaning services in the past, which I had been satisfied with, but the Carpet Wiser did a better job than any of the others. I would highly recommend them.

The crew was on time, and very polite. They did a fantastic job and made my carpeting look new. At a previous time, I had used Stanley Steamer, and they did not do a good job. I was very pleased with the work, timliness, and the finished product. I will definitely use them again!

Raul and Zarick were very responsive and punctual. They called to advise me about what time in my "service window" they'd arrive. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and did a terrific job. Our carpets are cleaner than they've been in years. Their price was very competitive with what we've been paying for this work. I have been offering their phone number to friends, and highly recommend them.

Raul got to the house early. He did a great job. He did way more than Stanley Steamer. I was very impressed.

I contacted Raoul about cleaning our carpets about a week ahead of time. We had a lengthy discussion over the phone and he patiently answered my many questions. I had not had my carpets cleaned since we moved into the house 8 years earlier so I was a little concerned on how things would go. He explained the high quality of his steam cleaning equipment and shared his business philosophy of working hard to make the customer happy so he could get additional referrals. This resonated within me and I immediately made the appointment. I'm so glad that I did!. He and his partner showed up promptly at 9am on 1/22/14. They wore shoe protectors to see the areas to be cleaned and we went over expectations such as cleaning under nightstands, closets, beds. etc. After the original walk through, they started working. They went through the garage with their tubes due to the very cold temperatures. That worked fine since they put corner covers around the baseboards to protect them and treated our house with care. They also closed the outside garage door as much as possible to keep out the cold as well as the door leading from the garage into the house. Even though it was a VERY cold day (6 degrees or so), they did what they could to minimize the house from freezing inside and it worked fine. I was home in the kitchen almost the entire time and never felt that cold. The 2 of them worked hard without a break until about 12:45. They treated the many spots and even stretched the carpet in our master bedroom so that it would not have a bump in the carpet They cleaned everywhere we agreed upon and even did a little extra such as my entryway rug in the foyer. They cleaned up the work area nicely and I took a tour of my beautifully cleaned floors. For builder grade carpet that is 15 years old, it now looks pretty darn good! The stairs were especially impressive and I know they had to work h****** them due to all the ground in dirt. We have 2 kids, lots of their friends, and a dog. They definitely had their work cut out for them! We had been considering getting new carpets but now we can wait on that quite a bit longer thanks to Carpet Wiser Carpet Cleaning! They deserve an A+ in my book!

Raul answered my call on an evening when I was looking for someone to come clean my carpets as soon as possible. A child got sick on our carpet that day and we couldn't get the stain out and wanted to get the area sanitized. Raul had a cancellation for the next day and was very accommodating. We had planned on getting our sectional cleaned in the spring and wanted to have carpets in a few rooms cleaned as well so we decided to do all of it together. Raul and Zarick showed up on time and were very thorough and professional. I was impressed with how hard they worked to get our microfiber sectional cleaned. It took a long time because they really tried to get the stains out and their hard work paid off because our couch looks brand new. We have 3 kids so there were definitely some stains. They also got the stain out of the stairs and injected not only the carpet but the padding underneath it as well to thoroughly sanitize the area. I liked how they had a "green cleaning" option as well. I have had my carpets and couch cleaned before but the cleaning process was much shorter and I always had a few stains that weren't completely removed. I was impressed with Carpet Wiser and highly recommend them.

We rarely are this impressed with a service company. They were prompt in reply, showed up on time and did outstanding work. The carpets look and smell great. The tech was so courteous, thorough and polite. We highly recommend this firm. A real pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations.

The carpet is old, and this cleaning was way overdue. The results amazed me! The carpet has not looked this good since we have owned the house. Much better than after previous cleanings! They even got out stains that they had warned me ahead of time would probably not come out. (Some had not had not come out at the last cleaning.) The crew was punctual, and professional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly to others.

Just like all the reviews say, Raul is a nice guy & very easy to get along with. He does a great job & thoroughly explains everything. He's also very punctual, which appears to be rare these days. Raul & his co-worker did a great job & I really couldn't be happier. I thought the price was VERY fair and to be honest, I was expecting to pay at least $200 more. Before had started the work, I showed him what I needed done. He also showed me the areas he was concerned about & then they performed exactly as you would hope they would. If I could, I would rate him higher than an A, like an A++. The reason is because he definitely went the extra mile. I didn't remember I ended a small old dirty rug cleaned until he was almost finished & long after we agreed on price. He also found an area on my carpet where there was moisture getting in from outside & mold was starting to grow. We also had not taken this into consideration. He cleaned the extra rug & replaced the carpet strips for free. A++

It was fine. They came out two weeks after the deal was purchased. I had them clean additional rooms and I paid additional 375$ for that. I have 5 rooms.

This spring, we lost our old dog and got a new dog. Old and new dogs on carpeting is not a good mixture. To top it off, we took in our daughter's dog and 2 cats during the selling of their house and move.We received timely and excellent and professional care. They paid attention to special areas. This was the best carpet cleaning job we ever had.

Having the Carpet Wiser team come out to my house to clean the carpets was a great choice. I was able to use one of the coupons on Angies list and then they were very competitive with their price for the remaining areas also. The price was perfect and they went above and beyond in taking care of my carpets. They move all the heavy furniture I could not get out of their way and put things back the way they were, or in the instance of my family room, the way I wanted it rearranged after! The carpets look and smell great. First thing when Raul was assessing the carpet, he noticed a "bubble" and asked if I would like him to take care of it. I said that would be wonderful and this was also included in the price he quoted. I feel I not only had great service, but they thought ahead about things that might need attention also. I would highly recommend them A++! Thanks again.

It went pretty well. They were on time and did the work that was needed. They were very responsive and very professional. We would recommend them.

It went great. Raul and Juan arrived right on time. We spent the first 15 minutes reviewing exactly what we wanted done and what access they needed. Then they went right to work. They had to bring in some fairly large hoses and wires but before they did, they protected every baseboard corner with special plastic protectors. As a result, we had no damage to the house. They started on the furniture first and spent about 2 hours on that. Our couch was very dirty, so Raul spent quite a bit of time on that piece alone. Then they started on the stairs and upstairs hall. And finally the carpets downstairs. The results are great. I never expected the carpet to look this good again. And they put all the furniture back exactly where they found it. I would definitely use them again.

I use them all the time for my apartments and for my home and my parent?s home as well. Unit one was not in bad shape. He took care of that quite easily. The second unit took more work. That tenant was there for five years and had a variety of stains to deal with. He pulled out the industrial carpet scrubber and went to work, then came back with the final steam clean. The carpet was old so I cannot charge the tenant the full amount for the damage so it makes sense for me to save the carpets.

This was an enthusiastic, friendly hard worker, who did everything with a great attitude, and did a lot more than any previous carpet cleaners did with conviction that he'd get the job well-done - and he did! This was the first real carpet cleaning in both homes since 2004 and Raul was absolutely fantastic. I received a phone call from Raul within a few days after purchasing the Big Deal from Angie?s List. His punctuality is spot-on?he called the day of the cleaning and arrived on the dot at the agreed appointment time. Raul clearly enjoys his business very much, and dedicates himself to his task to ensure his customers are completely satisfied. The carpets in the 2 houses scheduled today were very different, and it?s just a shame that we have to walk on and cover up his creation (clean carpets!) with feet and furniture, but I will give Raul a call next year to keep my property values as high as they can be.
