Victor was amazing! So happy with the results. Thought he wouldn't be able to get the paint and some of the drink stains my kids did out but he was able to make them almost non existent.

Hire this company every year to clean and scrub my white carpets upstairs. Very professional, thorough and careful with wall corners and stairs. HIghly recommend. HIred them to stretch some carpets, too. Worked great!

Excellent work. Victor was the senior person on the work as we was the first time. He was very professional. Took out several significant spots as did on the first visit last year. Based upon the reviews, I was concerned that the original phone estimate might go up, but it did not. Perhaps it varies based upon what the carpet really looks like when they get there. Gave us some shoe guards to use while the carpet was drying. Was told that could not fix the ember damage but said they could make it less noticeable which they did. Victor did the repair work. Estimate was 3-4 hours and took about 3 hours. We cleared out most of the small stuff on the carpet and on tables and such to save them some prep time and put the stuff in bathrooms, kitchen and garage.

They tried to charge me more. They basically said if I wanted deep cleaning they were going to charge more than the $149. So I raised cane with them and said if they're going to do that they need to put that one their pricing that there is an additional charge for deep cleaning. They didn't do that. So they called their boss, because I told them to leave and their boss said to go ahead and do the deep cleaning for the $149. In the end they didn't charge me more, but I felt it was a bait and switch. I was paying them to clean the interior.

Really well. Victor and Gus arrived exactly at the appointed time. They were friendly and introduced themselves. They put on booties before coming into the house. I showed them the rooms and hallway to be done. Victor told me of an upgrade in the cleaning for $65 which was deep cleaning and restoration, which I bought. They moved any furniture necessary to clean the area. Then they cleaned my carpets. Wow! What a job. They are beautiful. Victor and Gus even removed two stains that other cleaners could not. One was a black shoe polish applicator that I dropped in my closet. They did beautiful work. The upgrade was totally worth it.

All went exactly as planned. I could not be more pleased. I will certainly use them again next time and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

It was the best carpet cleaning my home ever received. I upgraded to the premium super srub option. They scrubbed the side really well and did an excellent job on the stairs and hall.

Victor and assistant were punctual and very courteous. They were very thorough and detailed which was very important to us. We were very impressed on how they took their time and did not rush through the cleaning. Victor also took time to explain stain removal and recommendations. Our carpets look AMAZING....couldn't be happier with the service we received and not to mention reasonably priced! We will definitely be calling on them again! Don't hesitate!

It went very well. Guys were here on time, very courteous and professional, asked lots of questions about how I wanted things done. Went right to work. Completed the job in a timely manner, and put furniture, etc. back where it was before. I'm very satisfied and will hire them again when necessary. recommend the company highly. Cost same as estimated. My space is 1500 sq. ft.

Victor did an amazing job. He treated the pet stains and got them up. He used some type of "deep cleaning" tool on the stairs that was highly effective. The carpets look great. I have used a different provider in the past, and I would put Carpet Wiser way ahead!

From the very beginning it was a great experience. Very easy to contact and schedule the appointment. They arrived on time, gave an exact estimate prior to beginning any work and work very hard for the next 2.5 hours. They were very hard working and attentive to the high traffic areas of the carpet. Before leaving they made sure we checked the carpet and approved of the work. The scent left behind is very pleasant and most importantly, the carpet is very clean. Looks great!

It turned out well. They came and they did a very good job. There were no additional charges. They did a very nice job. Everything looked very good. Two workers came.

lyI have two tenants each have been there for over five years so it was time for a carpet clean. These carpets were five years untouched and abused. It was a difficult job and they were there half the day. They have to uses heavy duty carpet buffer machines and hand held scrubber machines to get the stains out. What a difference it made. Thanks again for your hard work.

The service went great, the stains came out, and the carpet is looking good again. Raul did a great job and I would definately recommend him and use him again.

In the past we used Stanley Steemer and were usually satisfied with their work. This time I decided to try Carpet Wiser due to all the positive reviews. I wish that I would have found him years ago. They used protectors for all the corners in the house so the electrical cords would not pull away the paint from the walls. They charged an extra $65 for a deep cleaning where they actually buffed the carpet. They also moved the furniture which Stanley Steemer has not in the past. They got out stains that had been in the carpet for years and Stanley Steemer was not able to get out. The carpet looks awesome. Sorry Stanley Steemer, you're out and they are in for all future carpet cleanings. On a side note, they were a little expensive when I wanted to add on the upstairs stairs. So I told them to wait till I do the upstairs in the future with a package deal.
