Description of Work: They cleaned carpets throughout the house including stairs and high traffic. Areas. We have three dogs and had a few stains from them which requires additional deep cleaning. We also had a set of stains on the carpet in the bedroom that had been there since we bought the house. We've had the carpets cleaned multiple times prior to using these guys and nobody was able to touch the stains. Raul and his team were able to remove the stains that had been there for at least 5 years which no one else could even make lighter let alone get them out.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned living/dining room, master bedroom, hallway and two sets of stairs. Took our hall runner and a 5 x 8 area rug to clean at their plant so it wouldn't set on the hardwood floor while damp. We had some black, greasy spots that had been tracked through the house and they were able to get them totally removed.

Description of Work: They were able to come out on a Saturday even though the listing says weekdays only. They did a great job and even moved a few items. I did pay an additional amount for deep cleaning and sanatizing but the results were great.

Description of Work: They did a carpet deep cleaning. The best carpet cleaning I have ever, ever had. They made suggestions that would help extend the life of my very old carpet and they fit me in in the very last minute the week before Easter.

Description of Work: Carpet Wiser cleaned 2 carpet stairs, 2 couches, 1 chair, 1 area rug and carpet in a room approx. 500 sq. ft.. I was impressed with the different equipment they used including power brushes for the stairs, special power brush machine for the carpet, and vacuum/cleaner machine with power unit in truck (i.e. not small portable unit). If they cannot remove stains from your carpet/furniture no one can.

Staff arrived on time and were very informative if what they were going to do, additional services for additional costs if I wanted, how long it would take and the care I needed to do afterward to ensure full effectiveness. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in a large living room, 15 stairs with 2 landings and a long hallway. Very punctual and professional. Took great care with machines and hoses so as not to mar the woodwork. The price was told to us before starting and was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to our friends and family.
