My mother's sump pump wasn't working. I called All Suburban and Mike answered the phone. He was helpful giving me advice as to how I could check the switch to see if I could fix it myself. After doing what he suggested I was pretty sure the switch was bad and called him back and he was able to schedule a visit that same afternoon. He quoted both the replacement of just the switch and the replacement of the complete pump assembly. Since the new pump included a 2 year warranty and the old one was 5 years old, my mother purchased the new pump. Mike and his assistant worked very efficiently and professionally completing the job quickly but taking the time to answer my questions and also check another pump for an overhead sewer at no chage. They were very good about cleaning up and removing all old parts and debris from the sump. I really appreciated the good communication and friendly attitude shown by Mike.

They are very reliable. Whenever we've had a problem they have always responded very quickly and very satisfactorily. They are local. We've lived in this house for 30 years and any time we have a problem we've contacted them. They are prompt and efficient. They were done in a matter of hours. They were able to do the repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. They have always come out within a day or so. It is usually an emergency situation when we have called them. Their prices are competitive. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive; it is what we would think we would have to pay. We will absolutely use them in the future.

We noticed sewage coming up from our floor drain in the basement and called them on Saturday evening. We were told the earliest they could come was on Sunday and would call us to let us know on what time. She told us to limit our water usage. They called on Sunday morning at 7:45am and said they would be here around 9am. They arrived at 8:45am. They were quick and efficient. I didn't get any other quotes, just needed a quick response and got what I needed. They gave advice on how to keep our sewer clear. And advised us we should expect sewer issued due to the age of our sewer. We're pleased with the work and will have him quote some other plumbing work we need done.

There were no problems. George and two helpers, probably apprentices, arrived a little later than expected, but within the window promised. Work was completed as needed. I have used this company before and I think the prices are better than a number of others. I also respect the contribution made in training new people to the field, as George has had a least one apparent trainee with him every time.

I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend to use them. They know what they are doing. I was familiar with him because I knew the owner's father. They were in the plumbing business.

First the bathtub was rodded. It is an old house with an odd plumbing configuration so it usually takes some effort to get it right but they did it. We went to the basement to check if anything had been damaged on my old pipes. I found one of my newer drainpipes was leaking. Not surprising as this was in an area poorly done by the last owner and I had had a lot of construction going on in the recent months. They didn't have the correct Y connector, so they came back the next day. It was installed without trouble and I paid on that second day. I have used this company before and have always been happy with the service. They don't mind when my kids watch either.

We used them for just about everything in the plumbing area like replacing a kitchen and laundry faucet and other pipes. They are excellent. The very responsive and personable and using them for 15 years helped us build a relationship and we know the owner at this point. Their services are fairly priced, but their go the extra mile to satisfy what I need and we are satisfied with them.

They were courteous and quick. They didn?t take more than 40 minutes to get the work done. They came to my house when there was some flooding in the area and that?s why they were quite busy the whole weekend.
