They called me right away for an appt. they showed up on time. I had my lawn mower blade sharpened, a new filter replaced, an oil changed and learned a lot from the guy who came to my house. Very professional and well worth the $80.

I purchased the coupon for the lawn mower. I emailed AAMs about a date and time. I received a quick response. However, I realized I had a previous appointment and I emailed back to AAMS and was told, no problem we can change it for you. Very polite service. My husband brought the truck around back and a young man named Aaron helped my husband take it out of the truck. I believe it was a couple of days and we received the call to come and pick up the mower. (We had told Aaron we were not in a hurry since there was no need to cut the grass.) When my husband finally had a chance to use the mower he was surprised how well it performed. Thank you Aaron for such a great job and we will be back with our snow blower in the fall. They also have the best prices too.

Went very well, He finished early, had everything ready for pick up, very quick, I had no problems with him, went very well.

Dropped off mower. Explained hat I needed done. Workers were polite answered questions. Work was done on time and at quoted cost.

We bought the tune-up package. I told them the self-propelled feature of my mower wasn't working. they said, "let us take a look at it and if we cannot fix that, maybe you don't want the tune-up, because maybe you won't keep that mower long enough to make it worth it." But they fixed the self-propelled feature AND tuned it up. Later, when the self-propelled motor stopped working again, my husband called and they told him how to fix it over the phone! Since then it has been working like a charm. no problems. They were quick, friendly, professional and they came to our house, so I didn't have to try to haul the mower somewhere. Really great!

We brought the lawn mower to them and they were able to do the tune that same day. They were fantastic! They were polite and did a very good job.

They came to the house with their truck and did an oil change and tune-up of my trusty Toro lawnmower. Very convenient and quick. Also cheaper than taking it to the local lawn equipment specialist.

He’s amazing. He brings his big truck and puts your lawn mower in the back. He has everything in his truck to fix it and rolls it back after fixing it. He is busy because he does a good job. We know to plan ahead to schedule an appointment. We have used them many times. I've recommend them to others.

It was fine. They came out when they are supposed to, did what they needed to do, there was nothing wrong with the equipment, and they got the work done and left. They did a good job.

It went great. I didn't spend more than the Big Deal purchase price. I showed up with my lawn mower and snow blower at 7:30 am in the morning. The guy took them in and by mid morning he had called me back that they were done. I went with them because I liked their reviews on Angie's List. The Big Deals also made me choose them over other service providers.

He is a very nice man...friendly and professional. He tuned up my lawn mower and sharpened the blades. Besides the shop in Elgin, he also has a mobile shop in his truck. I didn't have to try to load the mower into my car and take it to him. He does quality work fast and efficiently and his prices are great. I will definitely use him again.

Diagnosed problem with starting riding mower, ordered the part. So far no charge! When it arrived, came back again, installed and did the annual maintenance. The only "problem" is the he will be getting very busy as the weather warms up. You may have to wait for an appointment, but it is well worth the wait. The good news is that he kept the appointment with no problem.
