AAM'S SMALL ENGINE REPAIR

0 Stars. Horrible company, completely disorganized, unresponsive, irresponsible and rude. I called for service a month and a half ago and have had to chase them constantly to get any update. Finally they're going to come and do the repair, and guess what - no-call, no-show! And when I call to check in and say it would've been nice to get a heads up, the jerk mutters "*******"! STAY AWAY!!!

Scheduling the service was smooth. They showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue. They were friendly, polite, and professional. I would hire them again.

EXCELLENT ! ! ! ! He will be 100% our go to for anything and everything with lawn movers and snow blowers. Came to the house and fit into of super crazy schedule. Very honest and fair.

I called on a Monday and AAM promised to come out on Friday, which they did, pretty much at the time of day they said they would. The owner of AAM fixed my garden tractor/mower in my driveway. He fixed the raising and lowering mechanism of my mower deck (which couldn't be raised), lubricated my choke wire (which was sticking), and sharpened my 2 mower blades. It took him a little less than an hour (the mower deck mechanism was troublesome -- glad I didn't take it on). My only complaint was that AAM's truck dripped some oil on my blacktop driveway. I'm about to re-coat it with tar emulsion, so that shouldn't be a problem. Still, you might have AAM's large truck stay in the street. This was my first service with AAM, and I plan to use them again. I was pretty satisfied. My previous servicer would pick up my tractor and fix it fine, but it would take 3 or more weeks to get it back.

Wonderful experience! Our snow blower engine needed routine cleaning and the tech explained everything clearly and the work was done in no time at all.

Great! He was able to source a part on a 10-year old machine and got "old-yellow" running. (Yea!- I get to cut my grass again...) Good job, sir!

They were very responsive to my call. They came to my home and tuned-up and changed the oil in the snow blower at a reasonable price. The snow blower runs better than when I bought it. They let you know if they will be delayed for your appointment. Very pleased with the quality of service.

He came to me and did all the work from his truck in front of my house. I had a blocked fuel line which he corrected. This was so much better than trying to get my mower in my auto and taking it somewhere to get service. His work was excellent. I would definitely use this service again.

AAM'S Small Engine repair is a GEM OF A COMPANY!!! They came to my house with a truck that had supplies to fix my lawn mower on the spot and I also paid the price they quoted to me. No extra charges!! Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They instructed me on maintenance for my mower AND even my snowblower. Will use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They are a pleasure to work with, we dropped the lawn mower off as we have for the last five years. Soon after we receive a call to get our lawn mower, this is a wonderful family owned business that I have had the pleasure to know and do business with.
