Description of Work: JR Herra is a plumbing and HVAC company in Elburn,IL. They have adjusted our boiler, cleaned out drains, and reseated toilets this year. When we remodel, they will replace old pipes and put in radiant floors. If I have money left, they will put in a dog shower. They are very professional and polite. Communication is a priority for them.

Description of Work: Installed a battery back-up sump pump and removed old plumbing equipment. The company changed its schedule to get the workmen into my home to install the pump before heavy thunderstorms arrived in the area -- they think ahead, really pay attention. Good work!

Description of Work: We were provided a referral to Janda Herra inc with a list of two other plumbing services as contractors to fix our in warranty water heater. I found J Herra with good scores on Angies List, so called them first. The plumber was prompt, concerned, courteous. Clean up was A+. |In addition to replacement of water heater, there was some type of backflow (? Consider your source here) container that would need replacement if it vontained wAter. Sure enough, it also needed replacing
