 + -1 moreThe men were courteous and professional. Since our home was new to us, we weren't sure about where the tank was located. On a very hot summer day, they took the time to poke all over our yard until they found it. I could not be happier with their service and highly recommend them.

 + 0 moreI have used this company before. They are courteous and helpful. The last time I had them out, I had not had any service done on the grease trap for years, because I did not know it existed. They need not give me any grief about that. That time, I also had them rod out the connecting pipe to the house. This time I had the gentleman look at a couple pipes inside because I am having some difficulties that I thought might be caused by the indoor pipes. I was told that they look OK and do not likely need replacing. He recommended just a regular plumber to rod out indoor pipes. Other companies might have grabbed at the chance for an expensive repair.
Description of Work: I had my septic tank and grease trap pumped out and a couple pipes in the basement checked for possible problems.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with the service performed by the company. We were quite worried about what was happening with our system and worried we might need a new one put in ($$$!!). As it turned out, because of the flooding, it was just stressed more than it might have been otherwise and needed a good cleaning. They cleaned the tank, cleared the fields and waited for everything to drain away to make sure the problem was solved. They also explained a lot of how everything worked to us and did not take advantage of our naivete. They came quickly during (probably) a busy time. Thanks!!!
