Description of Work: I had to have a new septic pump installed. They came the day I called, got the job done expertly, and even figured out a way to make future problems easier for the next time this happens. These guys were fantastic.

Description of Work: I had Black Gold perform a septic cleaning and cleaned the drain field for my father. They were very helpful in arranging a time since I could not be around to meet the service tech. He was very patient with my father, and they were very easy about payment even giving me his senior discount when I paid. Price was well within reason for the services, and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these guys. Grade A service company!

Description of Work: Cleaned out our septic tank with large septic hoses to large truck. Left with first load. Came back in one hour to finish the job. Very professional with right price, and a big improverment over our first company. The whole experience went very well, and would reccomend this company to our neighbors, and anyone else needing this kind of service!
