Description of Work: unfortunately we did not push through with our deck plan because of some unexpected medical expenses but Ian from S.F. Pauli Builders was very nice, very professional during the consultation. He gave suggestions that can be done to our deck so it will be safer for our son. And they responded immediately to my inquiries. I will still get them to do our deck.

Description of Work: Steve and company added a 3 season room to our house. Steve was exceptionally easy and flexible to work with and his crew was professional and friendly. The room was my design and we did a lot of the finishing work. Steve was willing to do as much or as little of the work as we wanted him to. They did a great job, took care not to cause any collateral damage, and did a great job cleaning up. Steve's estimate was not the lowest cost, especially his concrete and roofing sub, but he stuck to it. We attempted to negotiate but Steve politely stuck to his estimate. Overall a very good experience

Description of Work: Door and deck repairs

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. Removed and replaced kitchen and laundry room cabinets. Installed a very complicated Jenn Air stove with a downdraft vent. This contractor provided an electrician and plasterer. Counter tops and plumbing were contracted from different providers.

Description of Work: They gave us a quote for turning a garage into a bedroom and bathroom.

Description of Work: Provided permits, planning and supervision. Set up dust barriers and covered registers and cold air returns. Demolished kitchen cabinets, and capped water lines and drained. Built temporary walls to support roof load. Demolished existing load-bearing wall and installed beam. Installed blocking in the basement on the foundation and properly sized steel post at the other end. Removed temporary walls and demolished existing flooring to the subfloor. Re-screwed subfloor to eliminate creaks and squeaks. Removed and framed in kitchen window, sheeted the exterior and re-sided. Demolished drywall on the kitchen walls and both ceilings. Plumbing roughed in to include water for ice maker, and new shut-offs for waterlines. New copper lines to kitchen, repiped kitchen drain to basement in PVC. Re-did washer drain in PVC and vented, and furnished and installed basket strainer and garbage disposal. Electrical roughed in to include demolition of one switch and one outlet and existing light in kitchen-dining room. Wired dishwasher, separate circuit for microwave, added range outlet and 4 new outlets, and switches, dimmers, and can lights with trims. Added under-cabinet lights, added breakers in panel for added circuits, and 1 switch and new light to match new door. Re-insulated the ceiling and hung new drywall. Hung new drywall on the walls. Mudded, taped and sanded to a paintable surface. Textured the ceiling. Painted ceiling, walls, windows and trim. Furnished and installed hardwood flooring, and tile backsplash beneath full length of cabinets. Installed cabinets, knobs and handles. Adjusted door and drawers. Trimmed out sink, hooked up plumbing to the sink and appliances. Trimmed out electrical fixtures. Furnished and installed base trims. Cleaned up and hauled away debris. Reframed and prepped opening for the new door. Furnished & installed an exterior door. Insulated where needed and attached siding. Furnished interior trims, locksets and related hardware. Included storm door. Built closet with 2 panel style doors and a shelf, including labor to install doors and trim, and painting.
