I did not use them as they were too expensive. I found a different company which did a great job for less money.

I needed it repaired and when they went to repair it the rain had ruined the boards underneath even so they went ahead and just took the boards off and put on new boards and then put on the roofing shingles. I’ve had storm damage and I’m going to have the same one’s that I’ve had before. Very good company. They do a great job. They’re very good at cleaning up after themselves. They do a terrific job putting on the new roof everything. I know that I was very happy with the price, I do remember that because if I wasn’t happy with it I would have really remembered it. I would remember it if I was very unhappy with the price and if I was unhappy with the price, I would not have them back again. The workers were the best but they were just so swamped with work. They told me that they would come and do it, but they just got so swamped with work that it was hard for them to do it. When I called SF Pauli and talked to him, he had them come over and do it right away even though they were so swamped with other roofs and other jobs. I’m using them now. They are so backed up because we have had so much storm damage in this area. They are so backed up that I gave them a deposit here a couple of days ago, I don’t even remember one-day, things have really been rough just a lot going on.

They have been wonderful through our many projects! Great to work with, always pleasant on the phone, punctual, with quality work. I recommend them highly.

Pauli and subcontractors were great to work with. There were some delays, but those were all caused by suppliers.

It went wonderful. They were really great. It was a bigger job than i thought and they did a very very good job. when they hauled everything away. They left no debris at all.

Hats off to John Rathburn from S.F. Pauli Builders and the team he put together to completely remodel our Master Bath. Great to work with, he always kept us informed on the next step and was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The bathroom turned out great and would definitely hire again!

They were just really terrific, everything they did. they tore out the old boards and made everything the way it should be. new roof and everything looks great. I am very pleased.

Once work started, was done on time. Both windows were built into some custom trim, and we were concerned that the replacements would fit into the decor of the rooms.While they were unable to reuse some of the original trim, they were able to provide new trim that -+was acceptable to us. Only two issues were the outside trim on the windows and a light fixture damaged during installation; both issues were resolved to our satisfaction.

They did an amazing job. I am most impressed with their use of my vaulted ceilings and the insulation work. I rarely have to turn my thermostat over 68 to keep the office heated. The finish work was wonderful. There were times where no one was one the job site for a day or two, but that is understandable as they were waiting for other services to be completed (ie. HVAC and Electrical). Very kind and friendly staff!

It took most of the day for one guy to complete the job. But it was done totally to our satisfaction

Work was completed by knowledgeable carpenters within budget. I am very satisfied with the result.

This was our first use of Angie's List, and we are quite impressed with SF Pauli Builders. We were called on the same day of our original contact, and 2 additional times during the process. All who we talked to were very friendly and professional. The estimate to remount our deck steps was quick by email, and the work was completed in a week, even with rainy days! Our neighbor, who is an Engineer was impressed with the way the deck steps were mounted and positioned for long lasting support. Better than the contractor original. We are pleased and definitely recommend this builder!

They started on a Friday and came back Monday to finish. Had to wait until Friday for the drywall to be mudded, but that turned out great. Other than having to wait a month for them to get started < because they were busy, They came in did the work and got out quickly. I am very satisfied with their workmanship and quality that was performed. I will use these people again.

Basement water problems are almost as bad as a roof leak in terms of finding and fixing. Work was done timely, professionally. Replaced dirt and landscaping perfectly.

John from Pauli Builders came to my house, listened to what I wanted done, and offered suggestions. Someone not connected with Pauli tested my home for air leakage before and after the insulation was blown in - a 65% improvement and Ameren paid for around half of the cost for that. Pauli Builders removed my old sink and toilet and the basement trim and disposed of it. They put on the new trim, the bathroom was redone, and the lights installed. This was done for me in a timely manner. John would check with me as to when I would be ready for the next step. When everything was done, John came out to see the completed jobs and to make sure I was satisfied with everything that was done. I had a minor issue with where the sink drain went into the wall. It was promptly taken care of and I am very happy with everything that was done. Pauli Builders installed new windows Pella)for me in 2012. Having them do the installation saved me money. I would recommend them to anyone who wants remodelling done in their home. They are prompt, courteous, and they do a good job.

The contractors were professional, courteous, and tried hard to stay within budget, even suggesting things I could do myself that would have cost me quite a bit more if they had done it. Very good work done: new floor, beadboarded walls, installing new sink, toilet, medicine cabinet and lighting, adding outlets.

They were the most professional and everything but the quote left out our decent flooring. We didn't go with any of them yet. We were waiting for that 3rd quote that never came. They were very good and they were also very busy. They had a 6 to 8 week-wait to come in and do the work. They really didn't add the flooring but they seem to cover everything well. They also showed up on time and they e-mailed and called to verify. They waited until the last minute and they were also very nice and very courteous.

Steve Pauli was very responsive to our requests for the scope of work to be done, providing a detailed quote of costs and is in the process of finalizing the work schedule. They did a project for our neighbor who was very pleased with their work. So far we also are very pleased with the relationship.

The job went extremely well, very careful and very professional. I am not one who enjoys getting work done to home, and Pauli Builders in effect made it a very easy process.

We we're quite sure whether to go with this provider because the bid was left open ended. If they found more to do after beginning the project the cost could change. The work went smoothly. . better than we expected. It also went faster. The end result is perfect. Here is the clincher.... When the final bill was received it was LESS than the bid. The explanation was that the project went smoother than they had expected so they were decreasing the price. Now THAT is good business!!

The project went well except for difficulties in the stove installation. The venting system was problematic because the configuration of the stove venting system and the location of the pre-existing duct work. This set the project back by somewhat more than 1 day. We were very satisfied with the company. They took great care to keep the rest of the house uncluttered.
