Description of Work: Came out to estimate the job, ball parked a price but would never put it in writing and never returned phone calls. Made promises he never kept I am shocked his rating was so High. Don't waste your time.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and tune-up. It went well - Martin seemed to give an honest assessment and check out and fix what he could. We did have to reschedule a few times, but he called ahead of time to let me know, but I felt like he made it a priority to get out to do the service as soon as he could.

Description of Work: He came and did the roof and will be coming back to fix another leek. He never sent a bill and will get paid when he comes back tomorrow. He sent a wonderful guy to fix the bathroom ceiling and paint for us, we will use him again also.

Description of Work: I had damage to my home from the tornadoes that went through the area. They worked with my insurance company and replaced the roof and skylights, the siding on the rear of the house and a couple windows. I also made an agreement to replace the rest of the windows on the rear of the house since the siding would already be off. As far as the work itself goes, I am happy with what was done. My only issue is that the company is giving me the run around when I asked for a receipt for the extra windows that were replaced. If I ever have a warranty issue with them, I have no way to prove that this company replaced them. I have contacted everyone from the office to the project manager to the owner and I have yet to get a receipt for the windows.

Description of Work: Complete teardown and reroof. One year later and the roof still looks brand new. No problems. Handled everything with the insurance company, always returned my calls, showed up when scheduled, cleaned up after themselves, explained the process and options thoroughly, and were truly a pleasure to work with. I'd call them first if I ever needed any other home repair.

Description of Work: Replaced/installed shutters on 10 windows. Installed/taped drywall and slot board. Repaired garage door frame and cladding. They were very helpful and with a 4 man crew got all the work completed in less than a day and a half.

Description of Work: Did roof inspection. Identified trouble areas and provided an estimate on the work. Cost was a bit higher than the estimate but it was for materials that would blend with the existing roof better so no problem. They are very busy, but despite this, communication is excellent and they make every effort to get the job done when promised. Would recommend.

Description of Work: I wanted to fix the roof leaking. The guy gave me an estimate for the whole roof replacement for one leaky spot on the roof.

Description of Work: We had water damage in Feb of 2014 from ice damming and an incorrectly (or at least poorly) attached enclosed porch roof. DT replaced the entire roof (had minimal life left) and connected the porch properly. We have yet to go through the winter but it looks fantastic and I'm confident that we will have no more issues. Super nice to work with, and it took us a few days to notice but they even removed two obsolete satellite dishes that were still attached to the house. Nice work.

The project as coordinated by Martin P. of DT Construction went very well and a was a very satisfying experience. Their skill and expertise in getting the work done is very evident by the results which we are very pleased with. All our expectations and special requests were handled fairly, thoroughly and professionally. I highly recommend our local neighbor DT Construction to everyone.

Description of Work: DT replaced our roof after it was damaged by hail. His prices were the most competitive I received from several providers and his work (and that of his crew) was great. And finally, David and his crew were ALWAYS ON TIME for whatever meeting, work date, etc that was scheduled. I just don't think you can ask for more than that.

Description of Work: D T Construction had a special on Angie's List for a roof check-up. I asked them to evaluate my roof and take care of any minor issues (loose shingles). They returned my call right away and came out to the house the next day. They were personable, efficient and they left me a summary of the condition of my roof with a timetable for potential replacement. When the time comes to replace my roof I will certainly call them and request a quote.
