They refused to come due to location, stated they would have the offer listing removed from the area I live in, yet I still receive the offer weekly in my email.

It did not go. DT Construction contacted me, visited my property, assessed the problem, gave me a verbal quote, and said they would return that weekend to do the repair. They said it would only take a couple of hours. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called them twice and each time they said that our project had been "pushed back" and they would be out in a week. They have not contacted me once after the first visit!

Martin wrote up our quotes on the spot and explained each line item. Really appreciated that he doesn’t just quote the jobs, he works them with his crew as well. He designed the job to best serve our needs, which included eliminating our old vents and installing a more efficient ridge vent system. He kept me informed as to timeline and, once on the job, the guys were efficient, took care to protect our property, and did a phenomenal job on the roofs. There was one small issue on a drip guard, and they came back and re-did it to make sure that we were 100% happy with the job - and we are. The roofs look fabulous and I would recommend DT to anyone (and already have)!

Had an appointment on a Saturday at 2:30 with Martin but since it was raining it got cancelled. I was told he would come on Tuesday. It has been 2 weeks and have still not heard from him.

GOOD. D T Construction was responsive to our request and did the job in cold weather to meet our need.

I have not decided to go with him yet but I put in a request for a quote Friday morning on here and Friday afternoon he contacted me. We talked on the phone for a few minutes and scheduled a appointment to come give the estimate. He contacted me on the day of and said he was running a little behind because of weather. He actually ended up showing up on time. He gave the project a good look and explained to me some of the options. Then gave me a fair quote. I felt he was very professional about everything. I requested several other quotes and he was the only one to return my call. The only reason I might go with someone else is because hes so busy and said it would be about a month before he could do it. I've extremely satisfied with him so far and would recommend him.

He didn't show or call. When I called him he said he had checked my roof, when I wasn't home, and roof and gutters were in good condition. He tried to tell me he had set up the appointment for any Friday. This is not the case because I was told I had to be home for the check. I've since had Lask here and the problem was my Gutter Helmut's had been re-attached by a previous roofer incorrectly. That's what caused all my problems last winter.

It went very well...totally satisfied. And very helpful. Checked entire roof...sealed the vents...also 'sealed' a couple of loose shingles (16 years into the life of 30 year roof). Helped me get a gutter downspout cleared. Clogged.

We have a basic ranch house and it took them 3 days to reroof the house and on day three they worked until 8 p.m. because they promised it would not linger for a fourth day. They threw shingles on the ground didn't use tarps or a shoot. I wish I had taken a picture so you could have seen the disaster that was in our front yard for over two days. Due to a bad hail storm everyone on our street needed to have their housed reroofed and so far everyone's roofing job has started and completed in one day by professional teams of roofers. After DT got our house reroofed (please check out the picture attached of the "new" vent they put on the roof ) we cancelled the rest of the job and are finding someone else to re-roof the shed, repair the pergola and replace the damaged siding. The crew was in experienced and included one poor woman who carried the shingles by hand from the yard a trailer. The poor woman did that for 2 days nonstop. They left nails and staples in the street in front of our house and one of our neighbors got a flat tire while the crew was working here. They gave him $20 for his troubles. Today we continue to pick up pieces of shingles and nails in the yard, in the flower beds, on the deck, down the driveway, sidewalks and on the street. They said they used a magnet to pick up the nails but they did an extremely poor job of it. Our yard and deck are full of sand from the shingles as are our gutters. The clean-up job was extremely poor. Overall it did not go well.

DT Construction did some roof leak repair and siding work on my house. Everything went well. A man named Martin did the work and he was nice and professional. Appointment times needed to be rescheduled a couple of times due to my schedule and he was always good with communication via text message. He was a high energy person so he did the work quickly but did a great job. The cost was reasonable for the size of the job. I would hire Martin and DT construction again.

It went very well! The crew performed well and they cleaned up after themselves.

Several times after moderate to heavy rains, we had experienced water dripping down our basement wall near the foundation of our home's chimney. I called D T Construction and Martin came out the next day to inspect. As other reviews have stated, he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After spending a few minutes in the basement and then climbing up on the roof to assess the condition of our chimney, he quickly determined that our problem was most likely due to the fact that the flashing around our chimney was in need of repair. He proceeded to secure the flashing where it had come loose from the brick as well as to caulk where needed around the flashing. That was almost two months ago, and we have not had a drop of water in the basement since then. I would definitely call D T Construction back again for any future repair work.

My wife and I are extremely particular when it comes to our home. We researched this company on Angie's List coupled with the fact that our neighbor highly recommended them as well. We really enjoyed working with Martin as his infectious enthusiasm towards quality and customer service really stands out. No surprises and a quality job was done. They left no trace of building materials laying around, used high-end materials, and worked around our schedule. Martin even came back to our house a few days later to explain a few things that we were concerned about - free of charge. These guys are local and take a great amount of pride in their work. We have no doubt that they will stand behind their work. Highly recommended!

This is the second home D.T. Construction has done for us. Found them on Angies list the first time and when the tree fell on the rental properties roof my wife and I had no intentions of using anyone else and I made that very clear to the insurance company. Every time I was to meet Martin at the house he was there on time. Very polite, very knowledgeable of all that was needing to be done. The work done was done in a timely manner. It was done to our expectations and beyond. I still have yet to find one nail or scrap of any kind in the yard which goes to show how neat and professional the crew is. Job well done for the second time!!!

Dave & his crew did a great job of tearing down our old 3 season spa room,hauling away the rubble &. building a wonderful addition the way we wanted it.he was very professional,kept us up to date on everything, was always on time, was excellent on the construction part of it & was honest & fair with the price.

I highly recommend this company. After heavy rains my roof began to leak. I called D T Construction on a Friday morning and explained I had a leaky roof. Martin was very busy but made sure to fit me in that evening and stopped by to give me an estimate. He was very polite, honest and just a very nice person. He examined the roof, finding all the soft spots and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He even got up on the roof and placed a tarp over the leaking spot for me! I approved the estimate and they were out on the following Monday and did the whole job that day! I was very pleased with their service and the workers. They did an awesome job, cleaned up afterward and we are no longer worried when it rains! If you need any work on your house done look no further, you won't find a better company to work with. I know I will be calling on them again in the future for some siding!

They were prompt for the service and very professional on the phone. Did job on date scheduled. Sealed all openings on my roof made sure all nails were down. Will definitely use them again, to fix hail damage from 2014 hail storm, for which I don't feel is needed to turn in to insurance company.
