Although I had to wait a while because Scott sold so many big deals it was worth the wait. The fireplace mantle turned out very nice and the bathrooms look great.

Scot, called to make appointment to talk about what we wanted done and to make an estimate on the size of the job. He came over on a Saturday since both my wife and I work full time which makes weeks days difficult. He said he could remove the paper in a days? time which is what the coupon was allotted. We scheduled a date a couple weeks out, however I had to reschedule as we got closer because I had to travel on business. The next date that we could both be available was a few more weeks out and that was fine with us since we were not in a major hurry. Scot was god at keeping me posted. We talked the day before and he said he would be over by 8am the next morning to start the job. He called that morning to let me know he was running a little late due to the snowy weather. I don?t remember when he and his son got there, but it may have been 5-10 min after 8am. They were very good about taking off their shoes and putting down drop cloths to keep our carpet clean. The two of them got it all done a little afternoon. They cleaned up well and we very quiet. I barely knew they were there when they were working.

We have had some scheduling problems in getting the work completed. He has missed two appointments without calling to let me know. The most recent appointment was missed on the 21st and I am yet to hear from him. I will follow-up once the work is completed.

Scott was very professional and timely with all of his communication and the work they did was exactly what I'd hoped for.

Great job. Showed up on time. Protected the area with clean tarps. Removed wallpaper and fixed drywall issues. Cleaned up drywall with no dust. Primed and painted with two coats. Edging work was excellent. Overall great quality. Very clean and very quiet.

Arrived promptly. He removed all the old wallpaper and washed the walls. He also painted a bathroom. Everything looks great. Cleaned up completely before leaving.

There were two people, the owner and one other. They worked together well and worked hard. The work they did was very good. I originally bought 8 man hours in the deal, then bought another 6 to finish the room. Work was done in a professional manner, they cleaned up after themselves and gave me options during the process. As part of the work, damaged areas were patched and prepared for painting. I am very pleased with the work which was done. I would have spent days doing the same work and wouldn't have done it as well.

He did a great job, I just can’t say enough good things about them. He is a perfectionist and does detailed work. I bought a Big Deal and got a great discount His regular rate is a little more expensive but I feel like that is a reasonable price since he does such a good job and you don’t have to worry him about at all.

It went really well. The contractor returned our call immediately and worked out a schedule that was convenient. He arrived on time and explained everything about how it would work in detail. The whole project was completed in less than the amount of time projected. We were very happy with the work and professionalism.

Scott was very professional. His first visit was to inspect the room and provided an estimate to complete the work. Which he estimated 16 hrs to complete wallpaper removal. The total hours were 14. He moved furniture away from walls and moved back after. Covered carpet to prevent any damage. He had paper covering the carpet in the hallways to keep it clean. I have requested a estimate from him to return to paint the walls.

Great job. About 6 hrs to complete the job from start to finish. Cleaned up afterwards - couldn't tell anything had been disturbed.

Great experience! He was professional and courteous, and we already set up a second job for spring. He covered all the furniture and cleaned up after himself, we didn't have to lift a finger. He painted 5 ceilings and patched a crack that needed repair at no additional charge! What a deal!

Scott of Affordable Artistry Painting & Refinishing come to the house and then wrote up a proposal. His experience was obvious. He understood the quality versus cost considerations of a rental property. His proposal was reasonable so I agreed to it. There were some challenges, such as cracks in ceiling, and he was certainly up to those challenges. The ceiling came out especially well considering how it looked before he started. The cracks completely vanished without a trace and I trust that he did the work in a way that will last. The window frames were in terrible shape before he painted, too, and they ended up looking as good as hoped. He did a solid job and I would hire him again. As soon as I need more painting done, I will.

Scott was great. We are expecting a baby in December and really wanted everything done in the next several weeks. He was able to give us an estimate right away and scheduled a date to do the work less than a week from when we contacted. He arrived on time, went to great trouble to protect our carpeting and bedroom furniture, and had all the wallpaper down quickly and efficiently. He prepped the walls and made repairs to several holes and dents in the walls. Everything was ready for my husband to paint today. Scott even gave him tips to make the paint job easier. We will certainly call Scott for our next project!

Everything went well. Scott was polite, punctual, and professional. He showed up on time and did a very good job with caulking and painting. We would hire him again.

I can actually say I could not be any happier with the finished product. They were very professional acting and appearing and did a great job keeping their mess to a minimum as well. I was referred to Scott by a friend and I will refer Scott to my friends as well. They completed a huge job without being a huge inconvienence to me. They cleaned their working area everyday before they left and really seemed to be pleasant guys to deal with. I live on Main St in a small town and have been getting tons of compliments on my house appearance by people walking by. I had three companies bid this job, and Scott was very competitive pricewise, which surprised me since he is known more for doing higher quality work in my area.

Scott was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time every day, answered any questions I had without hesitation and he never left a mess from one day to the next which was incredibly nice. The rooms look beautiful and we couldn't be happier.
