They were excellent! I was on a tight timeframe and they were responsive and accomodating. The windows sparkled! They honored my angie's list coupon no questions asked. The team that showed up were on time, professional and did outstanding work. The cleaner they used smelled great..my house was sparkling.

They came on time, they worked quickly and washed every pane of glass in our windows, doors and skylites. We have some complicated types of windows, but they had the experience to deal with them. They left our home without any mess or any other indication that they cleaned every window inside and outside of our home. I would not think twice about using them again!

I have used Shine-Brite for years. They are always on time and very fast and efficient. They never make a mess in the house and they put everything back just as they found it. They also do my mirrored closet doors, which are very difficult to make streak free. But they do it every time. They send a crew and are in and out in less than an hour. I love Shine-Bright Window Cleaners and have recommended them to my friends.

I was very pleased with the work that Don and his crew did, as well as with the overall professionalism of the company. An on site estimate was provided in advance, and the price was honored. The appointment was confirmed in writing and by phone. The crew were on time. Actually, they were a bit early. The work was very well done and in a timely manner. Don and his crew were very personable and I enjoyed having them while the work was being done. I was VERY pleased and plan to use this company again.

They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do and the windows look fantastic! It was raining when they came, but that didn't stop them!

I found Shine Brite through Angie's List and am so glad I did. When I called them to schedule an appointment, she scheduled me for 7/23 and said someone would come out and count the # of windows and leave a quote in the mailbox, which they did. 4 people showed up for the appointment at noon, they were actually a little ahead of schedule. They asked me if it was ok to go everywhere and that there were 4 of them, I agreed. They did such a great job, very quiet ( you would not know that there were 4 people cleaning windows in the house ), very professional...love the work they did. Will definitely be using them again as and when my windows need cleaning.

The 4 man crew cleaned the windows of another town home owner, just before starting on mine. They stated they would start about 8 AM and would finish in a little over an hour and a half. They were right on the mark, on both counts! Jeff and his crew of 3 men were very professional, friendly and made all of our DIRTY windows SHINE! I would definately use this company again!!

The things I liked are that they sent a full crew so the job got done faster. They had a job supervisor that was easy to communicate with and very nice. When I called to make the appointment, it was very professional. They showed up when the said they would. The only negative about the whole experience was finding that the tracks of my outside three season room windows were not cleaned The wood all around them was but not the actual metal track.

We have been using Shine Brite at least once a year or for a special occasion since 2009 - very courteous, prompt and professional. We have some of those fragile "grille" inserts that mimic the look of divided light windows - Shine Brite are very careful handling them as they know they are expensive to replace. We love the sparkling results!

Don and his crew did a fantastic job. I hadn't had the windows cleaned for a few years because of medical problems. They were on time, started immediately and completed the job in about an hour and a half. I've used them before and the service is always great. My neighbor in back called to get info on them and will be calling to use their service.

I called for an estimate and the President showed. An hour or so later, a team of 4 went to work. You get what you pay for.

We are using them for 10 years now. They do a fabulous job. They are not cheap, but I have a big house with a lots of windows, but they come in, they do their things. They come on time. They do everything the way I asked them to do it. I have actually left them in the house by themselves and come back and never had any problems with anything being stolen. They are really great guys. They are very polite. They are very punctual. I cannot say enough about them. If they come and clean their windows and it rains within a certain time period, it gets weak or something, they come back and do the whole house all over again for nothing.

We have used Shine-Brite for many years and they continue to give very high quality service. They are punctual, friendly, and helpful. They do an excellent job of cleaning and move everything out of the way and replace it very carefully. We expect to continue using Shine-Brite for all our window cleaning needs.

They did a good job, were on time, and inobtrusive. The only item that I thought they missed was a very good clean of the sills, and one window on the side of our home looked cloudy - my husband believes it's hard water stains. I would have thought they would have had product to remove hard water stains; next time I'll ask they have this in order to clean that particular window. After they left I took a damp wash cloth and cleaned every sill in the house. Took awhile but now it's done. Next time I'll ask they be more diligent about that portion of the work. I would hire them again.

The crew did an excellent job. They persisted in moving a heavy desk to clean a sliding door behind it. The windows were absolutely spotless when complete. I am thinking about using them for my holiday decorating next year.

Excellent. They arrived 10 minutes early. 4-man team - each one was very pleasant. There were no streaks and debris was disposed of so no mess left behind. Their leader was especially professional. Before they left we referred them to friends in the neighborhood.

The Shiine Brite crew deployed to our home exceeded all of our expectations. As noted we have an older home with many french-style interior windows along with several large plate glass winidows on a rear veranda. Needless to say, this is a big job and based on prior experience and few years ago we were quite apprehensive about hiring this job done again but circumstances make it difficult for us to tackle it by ourselves anymore. Jeff and his team of three other pros quickly relieved all of our apprehension with a speedy and very thorough job on all the windows, doors,screens and sills. The house really shines! We strongly recommed Shine-Brite and will hire them again next year.

They arrived a little early, were efficient and appear to have done a great job. They moved furniture and then put it back where it belonged. They also put the blinds back where they were.

They were very efficient and did really goodwork. It was a good job and I was satisfied.

The crew arrived within the promised time &worked efficiently. As part of the job they cleaned the inside of kitchen windows that have mini blinds between the panes of glass. Did a great job and everything was put back in its place.

This company is very accomodating. I had to cancel at the last minute and they took great pains to rearrange the schedule to get this done on a Tuesday or Thursday. Guys were pleasant, focused, quick and did the job right the first time. Employees seem to be longer term which I take as a good sign.I will use them again.
