They responded on a Sunday to get the job. They arrived within the time-frame agreed upon. There were 4 people. They honored my request to not have people all over the interior. The team leader should have made sure every window was cleaned. The skylights were not cleaned properly. I think two people, one inside and one outside, working as a team would have done a better job.

I cannot say enough about this company. We have an 8,000 square foot home in South Barrington with a ton of windows on all floors and walkout basement. They arrive on time, do a superior job, are trustworthy and respectful of our home and property and the fact that we have 3 cats and a dog (no doors or windows left open at any time which would allow one of our little ones to run out). My windows are so sparkly, it is unbelievable! If you are looking for a great company to clean your windows, this is the one! Hire them now...you will be very happy! Wow, the service from Shine-Brite could not have been more exceptional! From my initial conversation with Terry Anderson, the owner, I could tell he had a passion for cleaning windows and providing a great experience for his customers. He told me his teams have been with him for years, and he's always proud of their work. Today the team came to our home, led by Dan, and my husband and I are thrilled with our sparkling windows and very clean screens. Dan, along with Levi, Robert and Grant, were friendly, professional, and very thorough as they moved through the house getting the job done. It was a team effort, inside and out, and our two-story house with roughly 30 windows and doors was done in less than two hours. The work was done with care for our floors, furniture and draperies, which I really appreciated. Dan asked if we needed anything else done, such as skylights or ceiling fans, and though I didn't take advantage of those options today, they are on the list for the future. My husband and I will be calling Shine-Brite on a regular schedule from now on. Our experience was simply fantastic.

A very excellent and affordable experience. I can't believe I waited 17 years to clean my windows. There is so much light coming in now since the screens were removed which was suggested by Terry. I plan to use this service annually.

Never used a window cleaning service before. That being said, they have never been as clean as they are now. They also changed out some light bulbs in the front entrance, rear entrance and chandelier. Last but not least there was some cobwebs that were high up by the entrance lights which they were nice enough to clean out. They charged extra but it was reasonable and well worth it. Thanks!

I wanted to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather and contacted Terry to have our windows cleaned. Based on my description of the home and a window count, Terry was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He scheduled an appointment for 9:00 the next morning. Dan and his crew of two other men showed up promptly at 9:00 and started to work immediately. It took them about 2 1/2 hours to do the job and did a great job of cleaning the windows and screens and cleaning up after themselves. The total charge was $315 including a $30 off coupon for Angie's list customers that was honored. In addition to doing a great job of cleaning the windows, Terry, Dan, and his crew were respectful and courteous throughout the process. I would definitely hire them again!

Shine Brite always does a thorough, professional job. Their crew of window washers is always friendly, and they clean up after themselves. We had used them a couple times in the past. They are, however, more expensive than several of their competitors in the area. We have a large house, with numerous windows. We usually pay around $450. Last year, my husband wanted to hire a cheaper window cleaner to save money. Their idea of "cleaning" the screens was to wipe them off with a damp paper towel. Not only did this method leave dirt residue, but little bits of paper towel were left behind on the screens. We learned that you get what you pay for! This year, since we were hosting our daughter's graduation party at our home, I convinced my husband to pay the extra money to get our windows sparkling clean. Shine Brite worked with us during their busiest time of year to make sure our windows were cleaned before the party. As anticipated, they removed all the screens and thoroughly washed them in the driveway. They cleaned the insides, outsides, casings, and sills of our windows. The cleaning products they use help repel water and dirt, so your windows stay cleaner longer. We were happy with the result. My only complaint is that they arrived several hours later than scheduled. They did call us to inform us that they were running late. However, they showed up an hour before we had to leave for our daughter's graduation party. Our house was a flurry of people trying to get dressed for the event, while trying to avoid the window washing crew! Luckily, a set of grandparents were planning to stay behind and were able to be here while Shine Brite finished the job! This was the first time they have been late, and I suspect it was a factor of the busy time of year plus the rescheduling of several clients due to a rainy Spring. We recommend Shine Brite for anyone who wants a thorough, professional window cleaning.
