Where do we begin! We wouldn't consider any other company. We have a large home with lots of intricate windows. They do an outstanding job, they are prompt, and they are personable and trust worthy. We have used them for years and recommend them to so many others. Word of mouth is how their fine reputation gets around.

They do a very thorough job including windows inside & out, storms, sills, screens, etc. We have them do our chandelier as well. Very careful and efficient. All I can say is Wow!.. One more time.. Wow! Okay, they arrived during the time frame I was told, were very nice, and finished really fast. My windows look like new, I mean really, how about better than new. Also, their own branded cleaning products they use left my house smelling super fresh! I will be using Shine Brite to keep my windows looking better than new, as I am now a life long customer. Thanks again for the awesome job!

Most importantly, it took only one call to get this done. We are in the middle of doing extensive work here at our home and there's nothing more frustrating than someone who doesn't answer or return calls! I made ONE phone call to Terry to set up a date for the initial quote, (which was done in the same day as I called!) and then we set up the date for the clean. It went great! We were scheduled for early morning but it was pouring rain, Terry called and let me know that they could be here in a few hours and I agreed. 4 man crew came in and wasted no time. No mess, no fuss, no one complaining about the dog-snot on the windows either! (we have a 130 lb. Rotty.) They were in an out in a little over an hour and did a fantastic job! Best, most courteous company I've used in a long time.

They have always done a great job! We found them through Angie's List and I have been using them for years. They know exactly how to handle pella windows. They are always very pleasant when you call and very accommodating. The job takes a couple hours to complete. They send a coupon every spring as well which I really like. It is a very pleasant and professional service to deal with.

We have quite a few windows, and this was a new house for us. The house had not been lived in for several years, so the windows were pretty dirty. A team of men came out and completed the job very quickly. The windows were worse than they had originally thought. They ended up having to scrap many of them, but there was no complaining and no added cost for us. Plus, no streaking!! They were wonderful to work with.

Have used Shine-Brite twice per year for our window and light fixture cleaning.for many years. We have a large home with many windows, including a 20 foot tall window wall in our great room. They also clean 14 exterior coach lights, a large foyer chandelier, dust ceiling fans, etc. Their work is done well, on schedule and quickly by a well supervised and adequate work crew. They are not the least expensive, but we find them to be well worth the price and they guarantee satisfaction with their work, or they will come back and make it right.

They are fabulous and I have used them for several years now. They are prompt and very courteous when they are here. They are very quick and they have a crew of 3 or 4 people here. They are always clean and they are professional. They will sometimes follow up prior to the season coming up to schedule an appointment.

They are always on time for the appointment. They have a crew that comes out and they all know what they are doing. They also have a supervisor here and he is very polite. They are very fast on the job and they are done in less than an hour. You do need to book in advance and they do their best to accomodate to your schedule.

Shine-Brite has washed our windows inside and out for several years. They always have done and excellent job and that is why we have had them back again. I definately would recommend their services.

Shine-Brite is wonderful! I had used them for many years and after we had our windows replaced, thought I'd try to wash them on my own. Boy was I happy to have them back! I could never get my windows to look as great as they can. They are prompt, friendly, professional, fast. I've recommended them to many others.

Very efficient, perfect job, The employees took off their shoes in the house, put everything back in place if it had to be moved to clean the window. Top notch company at a reasonable price. We have lots of windows and 11 skylights. We have used their service for 10 years.

the guys are always very prompt, dilligent and courteous. They do a great job with the window washing and are great with the details- for example, they dust windowsills for cobwebs, and any other high -hard to reach corner, near the windows/ chandeliers. When asked, they also do the outside light fixtures and make them look good as new. I am very happy to have them clean our windows and will highly recommend them.
