We have been using Shine-Brite for more than 10 years. We usually get our windows cleaned twice per year. Shine-Brite has always been willing to work with our schedule (before work etc.) and send an excellent crew. They have always showed up on time, remained very professional, and do the job very quicly and excellent every time.

Arrived 5 minutes before promised time and cleaned with speed, careful attention to details, wouldn't walk away from a window unless it was perfect, and worked diligently.

They used a 4 man crew to clean my windows. They all were friendly and did a good job. I did find some smudges but nothing worth calling back for. Over all they did a good job.

I've used S-B for years, and they're completely professional and do a wonderful job. Fast and careful.

I think that their price was high but they did a really good job. They were very respectful of my property. They were very good and very nice. They knew every aspect of the window. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

Shine Brite gave us an estimate when other window washing services would not. The team that was scheduled to come to our house was in a car accident, but they sent another team the same afternoon after I had rescheduled for a different day. Don, the senior foreman, was very professional, and team did meticulous cleaning of mullioned windows and window sills.. Would definately use Shine Brite again.

I have been using them for a while. I use them twice a year. They do a really good job cleaning. They are very efficient and punctual. They are here when they say they will be. The guy, Jeff, is the lead guy. There is usually a team of about 3 guys. He is a really nice guy. He makes sure things get done right. They are courteous. I think they do a good job for the money. I have a lot of windows. I also have them clean my lights outside and in the basement. Once a year I have them clean a chandalier. I have a pretty big house with big windows, which makes the price higher than someone else might pay.

My husband and I moved into a new home with lots of casement windows. We tried to wash the windows ourselves, but discovered multiple wasp nests and bird nests tucked into many of the casings surrounding the windows. Including the walk-out basement, we have 3 stories in the back of the house. We realized we had a big job in front of us. I called Shine Brite to clean our windows and sills. The receptionist called me back immediately, and was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. She asked if we needed any hard-to-reach light fixtures cleaned, since they would be bringing a tall ladder to the house. I was greatful for them to perform this service. Once they arrived, I even convinced them to change a couple of light bulbs in those fixtures. Terry, from Shine Bright, came out to give us an estimate. He gave us an Angie's List Discount, and their total estimate was $465. They came in right on target. Their crew was very polite, professional, and thorough. We thought their estimate was a bit on the high side, but they were worth every penny! When my husband came home that night, he noticed they had not cleaned the front porch light, which was full of cobwebs and bugs. It is impossible to reach without a 14' ladder. My mistake- I had forgotten to tell Terry and his crew about the porch light. I accepted full responsibility for the oversight. I called and asked if they could stop by the next time they were in the area. They graciously came out the next day and cleaned the front porch light free of charge. Of course, I tipped them well! We were very pleased with Shine Brite, and plan to use them again next Spring for our annual window cleaning.

They did an excellent job as they have done for many years for us. They schedule convenient dates. They arrive when they are supposed to. They work efficiently, and it is a pleasure to do business with them. They take great care to not only clean the glass well but to also leave the tracks clean. They store the screens in an organized way that makes it easy for them to clean them and reinstall them in the spring. They are one of my favorite home-service companies because their manner is very professional and the quality of their work is excellent. While the service is not inexpensive, I find that it is very much worth the price. I highly recommend them.

They were there the same week I called. Showed up exactly at the time prearranged. came in, took off shoes when in the house. did all the windows (20+) in less than an hour. They were quick and efficient. Very polite and personable. Would absolutely have them come every spring to do the windows.

Shine Brite scheduled an estimate within a few days of my first contact and arranged for the services within a week thereafter. The company called two days before to confirm the date and time. They sent four workers who were prompt and very hard working. The windows look fantastic! They hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and were very grimy. The workers worked very efficiently, moving all furniture that blocked access and replacing it when done. I couldn't be happier with their services and will definitely use this company again.

I have my windows cleaned several times a year. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are quick and efficient. All the employees are efficient and pleasant to have in my home. The job is done perfectly every time.

They did an excellent job. I was surprised with how neat they were when they were here, they even took off their shoes while they were in my home. They were really clean, they used clean ladders. I did not feel like I needed to follow them around. They were neat and professional in their appearance.

The company knows my schedule and calls me spring & fall to see if I want to schedule an appointment, but they never pressure me. When I want my windows clean for a party, I know I can count on them to be there & do the job perfectly. They have never missed an appointment. One of my favorite things about them is that they give their regular customers who belong to Angie's List a discount. Most companies only give discounts to new customers, so this is a very nice perk.

Great! the crew was right on time, very pleasant and efficient. My windows and screens look wonderful. With the temperature fluctuating, we had to change the date, and Terry was very prompt about keeping me updated on a work date. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I called them to set up an appointment and was originally told that they were booked/scheduled to mid November. However, they called much earlier to schedule the cleaning. The group of 4 men were neat, conscientious, and attententive to my questions. They did an outstanding job in 2 hours!

We have a two story home and have at least 20 windows. They are efficient, do a good job of cleaning the windows, and leave no mess behind. They are very accomidating with my schedule.

They are incredible. I am very happy with them. I think they are family owned. I have a 2 storied house. They do a variety of jobs but they clean my windows inside out and clean the wedges too. They clean the screens as well. They are very thorough and neat. They are considerate when they come into my home. The supervisor works along with the team and he is very customer service oriented. The prices vary. It depends on the size of my home. If my neighbors also get their windows cleaned on the same day, I get a discount. Regular customers get 10% off on the price and get reminders if they know the preferences of the customer. I am keen on availing the discount so when I get a reminder, I contact my neighbors and try to get them to use the company?s services on the same day. Further, they keep a track of the people in a group who get cleaning done together. If they are in the area, they call me and ask if I want to get my windows cleaned. They are awesome and I am super particular.

Jeff preformed over and above the call of duty removing the shutters obstacle from eight of my windows. They were very professional and worth the price.
