Description of Work: Overall very pleased with Windy City Skylights. My new skylights look good and haven't leaked which is great. Just a few minor points: I had to proactively call to arrange an appointment and I had to call after two weeks to tell them to deposit my check. I would recommend Windy City Skylights but if they are busy be prepared to manage the process.

Description of Work: We had 2 old skylights on a flat area of roof that have always leaked over out kitchen table and been patched often. We were told by a roofer that they were the wrong kind of skylights, and that they would always leak (this was true for 15 years). We had Windy City do an estimate and they came out within a few days. Ron and John (I think those names are correct) put tarps over everything inside, were incredibly helpful, and did an amazing job. I was having a birthday party that evening and had been re-assured by the company that they would not leave a mess. They had everything even painted to perfection after the installation. There was no debris left anywhere and they were gone by late afternoon. Their promise was kept and I never expected that they would even paint the inside perfectly to match. We have had several rainstorms since then and it feels amazing not to worry about water coming into our kitchen. They used the highest quality (Velux) skylights and they are mounted beautifully. The two men had to pull out about 150 pounds of old rotted roofing and skylight material before replacing them. My husband and I are 100% thrilled with this company and all of the personnel, even the receptionist was top notch.
