Sunrise was the only company that returned my email inquiry on Angie's List. The gentleman who gave the estimate was professional, courteous and thorough. The work crew was quite late and it was a rainy, chilly day, so I had to call to be sure they were still coming. They did a great job. Quick, efficient, took care to put down drop cloths and not track mud through the house. When they were done there was one storm door that wasn't attached correctly and they fixed it right away. I do recommend this company. The price was fair and my windows look great!

Were ready to leave without doing glass doors wich was in the estimate.

This company was recommended to me by two different people. After looking them up on Angies list, I hired them to clean both the inside and outside windows of a large home. They did a great job, quickly and efficiently at a great price. I also had them come back a couple of weeks later to clean exterior windows after having a cedar roof treatment. Once again, they did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

Cleaner was early. Did a wonderful job at a very reasonable rate. Have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

We are very pleased with the quality of work. The windows and screens were washed and the window sills too. Anything that needs to be moved is put back in place.

He arrived 30 minutes past the hour window they thought he would arrive at but it wasn't a big deal to me. He quickly got started, was quiet, neat, and efficient. He cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a great job. I will definitely refer them to my friends and neighbors.

Provided an estimate for the work within 2 days of my call. Completed the work within a week of my call. Worked quickly and left windows sparkling. Very careful not to disturb anything or leave any mess.

We scheduled the cleaning two weeks in advance. The workers arrived right on time and began working inside. They worked quickly and neatly, leaving each room tidy after they left. They used their own equipment. When working in carpeted areas, they removed their shoes without being asked. Our hall chandelier was hand cleaned and all bulbs replaced with new.

Great job - Gentleman came on time. All windows/screens were done crystal clear. Would use again.

I gave a lower rating for punctuality because they arrived almost an hour later than the time frame they gave us. We didn't receive a phone call to say that they were running late or anything, so we got a little worried that maybe they weren't going to show up. In the end, it didn't end up being a big deal because we were very happy with the work and the price.

Did great work at an excellent price. Was very careful not to drip water inside house. Only problem was he showed up 2 hours early! Will definitely use again.

PULLED UP AND STARTED WORKING ON HOUSE A LITTLE BEFORE EXPECTED ARRIVAL OF 7 A.M. WOULD'VE APPRECIATED DOOR KNOCK AS A LADDER WAS PLACED AGAINST THE BEDROOM WINDOWS AS MY WIFE WAS GETTING OUT OF THE SHOWER! YES, HE WAS ON THE LADDER! NOTE: THEY DO NOT CLEAN SILLS IN OR OUT. I NOTICED AFTER THE GRIME ON THE WINDOWS WAS OFF, IT DRIPPED DOWN ONTO VINYL UNDER WINDOWS AND LEFT DIRTY STREAKS THERE. PLAN ON CLEANING THE SURROUNDING AREA AFTER THEY WASH YOUR WINDOWS. ALSO, INSIDE THE HOUSE, I HAD TO MAKE SURE THE SCREENS, WIRED FOR ALARM SYSTEM, WHERE REMOVED AND GRIME IN THOSE WELLS WAS CLEANED OUT. THIS WAS ACTUALLY A PAIN FOR BOTH OF US AS I ASSISTED (AND WATCHED) HIM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CLEANED TO MY SATISFACTION. IF YOU WANT A METICULOUS JOB, THEY'LL DO IT, BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE VERY SPECIFIC WHAT YOU WANT DONE. TRUST THEM, BUT DO VERIFY.

WAS ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS & VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

THEY VERY THOROUGHLY CLEANED ALL OF OUR WINDOWS, SCREENS AND THE GLASS ON OUR STORM DOOR. THE OWNER VERY PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALLS WHEN WE WERE PLAYING PHONE TAG TO SCHEDULE THE CLEANING.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, SINCE I HAD USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

WORK WAS EXCELLENT. PROBLEMS WITH PHONE FOLLOW-UP ON PRICE QUOTE AND SCHEDULING. I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET A PRICE AND A TIME.
