They were excellent, they were on time, they were polite, they were clean and the house looked just as good when they came probably even better. They had very reasonable prices.

Everything was good. They're very professional, punctual, and hard working. They explained everything to us in ways that we would understand, and we haven't had any problems with any of the work they did. Overall we are completely satisfied, and we would use them again, as well as recommend them to others.

Great, I had a problem with another contractor and had to call in the pros. I called them on Monday morning and they were able to come out 4 hours later. Basically fixed my pvc pipe that leads outside from my sump pump. They got in and did a great job and made some recommendations on other things that I should do to make my sub pump better.

Excellent. I called and they were out within 30 minutes and the whole job was done within an hour of me calling. The gentleman was very quick and very clean. He had a fixture on the truck that was very comparable to the existing faucet. I was pleased with the whole experience. He even offered to throw the old faucet away and recycle it to scrap metal.

Contacted me within 24 hours of requesting service. Arrived the next day to perform rotting of sewer line. He could not open the sewer line through the usual T in the sewer pipe outside. He called for another worker and they lifted the rotter onto my roof and rotted through the stack on my roof. I was amazed he could do this. He was able to open up the block. He kept me informed throughout the process. Very professional.

John Giuffre was very personable and professional. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Stephen's Plumbing was recommended and I checked Angie's List to confirm its reputation. Its consistently high ratings encouraged me to call them to solve our problem. I called on mid-afternoon Monday and by 8:00AM Tuesday Kelly Miller arrived. He quickly identified our problem and set about to make the needed repairs that required carpentry skills as well as plumbing skills. Needless to say, Mr. Miller did an outstanding job in a remarkably short period of time. The final product's value far exceeded its relatively low cost. I personally believe Mr. Miller and Stephen's Plumbing deserve the highest ranking available.

He arrived within a hour of our call, despite this being a non-emergency situation. All the work was completed in three hours. Very efficient and had all the parts on the truck. Left no mess.

I explained exactly what i needed on the phone and they gave me a quote. I chose them due to the proximity of my investment property and the good reviews on Angie's' List. I was not able to be there while the work was done, but I have not received any calls from the tenants, so I am confident everything was done to satisfaction. I do know that the tenant received an itemized bill, but I did not. I did request one, but have not received one.

Chip had all the equipment in the truck and was able to clear the blockage in the return line. They were able to show up the same day I called. Very happy with the service.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Handled getting through the crawl space and explained the situation very well. Came up with a great idea to go through the winter, and then later for the spring. They are expensive but their work is literally perfect! I never have to think about it again. They are extremely skilled at what they do and they clean up perfectly.

The plumber was unable to clear the kitchen drain and decided to power rod the sewer line. He had to call for additional equipment and supplies. The cover to the sewer line had to be drilled and pried off. After opening the cover it was discovered that the line was cracked just a couple of feet outside the house. The plumber said "unfortunately for you, we don't do outside work." So they closed it all up and cleaned up the huge mess that he made on the floor and walls and left. I wish that he would have told me they don't do outside work before opening that sewer line cover. If I had known that prior to him opening the cover, I wouldn't have let him do the work because we live in an old house that is surrounded by huge trees. Ultimately, I paid a huge amount of money only to be told that they couldn't help me.

The plumber worked for an hour. He did a very complete inspection and worked at a very steady pace. If he needed extra items from the truck he went to get them quickly and returned right away. He was careful about cleanliness. He brought extra cardboard sheeting to keep the floor clean. He analyzed the problem and found two issues: 1) the wax ring that was used was not thick enough, 2) the bathroom floor was not quite level and he had to shim the front of the toilet base to make the toilet sit perfectly level on the pipe flange. I am confident that he knew what he was doing and it is worth it to have a real pro handle this type of concern.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY, THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE & ALL IN ALL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALSO CLEAN & PUT DOWN TARPS WHEN THEY WERE DRAGGING OUT THE OLD WATER HEATER & PUTTING THE NEW ONE IN. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Nick did a variety of small tasks in a few hours. The laundry basin was well-installed. It was attached to the floor with screws and well-sealed to the wall with silicone. All of the other work was top-notch. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

They are very good and come out right away. They can usually make it the same day you call.

Their employees are extremely polite and they always remember to cover their feet! I trust them in my home even when I am not there!

Prior to having our old bathtub refinished, we needed to switch out the old brass drain and replace it with a new chrome one. However, because our bathtub is original to the house (about 90 years old), that would have entailed a costly plumbing job. Kelly told us that the pipes looked to be in good shape, so we decided to instead purchase from him a simple drain cover to be glued over the old ugly drain after the tub was refinished. May seem crazy to spend $100 for what basically amounted to a little piece of chrome, but it was comforting to know our old tub and plumbing was in good shape. I also really appreciated Kelly's honesty. He could have told us that the job needed to be done in full and we might have believed him. So he in some ways saved us a few hundred dollars.

They are very expensive, but do great work. You can't even see the caulking, it is very good. I would have left Don, the man who did my job, in my house without being there.

When Nick arrived first thing on the scheduled morning, I went over everything with him. He suggested that he repair what I had, if possible, instead of replacing it. The tub faucet would have involved opening the wall and he didn't feel that the valves actually needed replaced only repaired. The drop in pressure was caused by a clog in the sink faucet and the flow regulator in the shower. They both just happened at the same time. Everything was handled very professionally ,and Nick explained everything very well. The fact that he repaired what I thought needed to be replaced saved me quite a bit of money. I was dealt with very honestly and would be very comfortable having Stephen's plumbing in my home again.

I must know at least 15 people that use them for their plumbing services. They are well-known in my neighborhood. I don't remember how much I paid for this particular service because I have used him before, but the price was reasonable.
