The plumber arrived at the time he said he would, and even called to say he was on his way. He replaced the sump pump, but also had to redo some of the pipes as things were very old and there is also a battery backup system. He also showed me how to check the backup system, for which I am very grateful. We've used Stephen's Plumbing since we moved into this house. All of the plumbers that have been to our home have been very knowledgeable and professional. I also feel that their rates are reasonable considering the service they provide. I have always felt very comfortable with the work that they have done.

The drains are clear, the toilet is not running and the shower is sealed. I am happy.

We had a troublesome leak in the first floor ceiling that we had two plumbers look at (one came back twice!) and spent $300 on. But it was obvious they did not even have the first clue what to do. Then I joined Angies list, and I called in Stephen's plumbing. When the person came home, I had to get on an urgent phone call from work, but he worked without complaint. He found the issue within 10 minutes (the leak was from behind the shower tiles from the shower head and everyone else thought it had to be from the tub drain). I did not even get a chance to explain what that people who came before had done. He not only fixed the leak, but also showed me that the water pipes supplying the shower head had been poorly soldered and replaced the entire plumbing fixture behind the tile. He cut the tile, put in the new fixtures and fixed the leak all for $240 (less than what I had spent with the two previous guys only to get a chip on the tub floor). I was still on the call from work, and he did all this with a smile and a very professional and helpful demeanor. I could not ask for better service.

The previous rep said we needed to replace the whole furnace at a cost of $5300. Chad said our furnaces were fine and his service cost was $93.

They came in, installed it, and left. There was no problem. They're not exactly the cheapest, but they have a great reputation in the condo building. They are clean and efficient. I've used them before.

They did a terrific job -- prompt, efficient, professional. It's great to have hot water upstairs at a moment's notice. For as huge a job as this was, we thought that it was reasonably priced and was completed with a minimum of disruption to the household. We recommend them to all our friends.

Chris /plumber came and did the work asked . Very happy with response and quick work . Very clean too. Also left us brochure listing all their services which we will mostly likely be using in the future.

Steve, knew boilers. That was good. He found a small problem and fixed it. That was good. He didn't have boot covers or take his boots off. He brought rain and leaves all over my clean floors. That was not so good. I should have asked him to take them off, but I didn't. He did clean up around the boiler when he was finished. That was good.

Chip was prompt (called first) friendly and professional. Stevens Plumbing is my local plumbing company of choice.

They came out right away and did a nice job. I thought they were a little bit pricey, but the quality of the work was very good. His work was fine but the project didn't go very well because he discovered carpenter ants. It turned out to be something that he couldn't complete at the time and he is coming back this week to complete the project.

We were doing a minor plumbing repair ourselves when we sprung a leak at the water meter. Thinking that this problem was way over our heads, we called Stephens Plumbing. They were willing to get someone out to the house right away as we had to turn off all the water to our house. The receptionist then said that she would have the plumber call us to get more details. She also warned us that we would be paying overtime as I called at 4:30 on Friday night. We felt we had no choice, so we told her to go ahead. When the plumber called, he asked a couple of questions and then told us to try tightening a couple of nuts. That was all it took, and we avoided a costly overtime service call. We plan to use Stephens Plumbing next time we have a plumbing issue, as we felt that they were honest and helpful, even before we were customers.

I found Stephens Plumbing on Angie's list. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. Brian worked efficiently and explained along the way what he suggested and why. When he ran into a challenge with rodding he explained the options and time involved. He gave cost information also.

Chip was very professional and easy to work with. There were several options for the kitchen sink and outdoor faucet which he described and helped me evaluate. Will definitely call Stephens for future plumbing work.

He came and showed my wife how to clean out the drain herself to avoid future visits. They also saved us some money by inspecting the 2nd drain and determining it didn't need to be cleaned out. We would have been absolutely clueless about it--he could have done it and charged us for it and we'd be none the wiser...but he didn't and so A's all around. Will definitely call for future plumbing requests

I called around 9:30 AM and they were able to put me on the schedule that day. Chris showed around 12:30 and had it fixed w/i an hour. He had to wait for someone to bring parts or he said he would have been done in 15 min. - which is all the labor he charged me. Professional, focused and affordable. Great experience.

Stephens came out to try and remove the plastic toilet paper tension rod that my daughter had flushed down the toilet. They worked quickly and were very professional. They let me know right away when they thought we wouldn't be able to retrieve it, so that we didn't end up having to pay for extra hours of service. They brought in a new toilet and installed it within half an hour of deciding we would need a new one. It looks and works great. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

As always I am pleased with the service this plumber provides and that they DON'T try and take you to the bank. I have had several plumbers over the years who clearly were just here to make an hourly labor fee. Not the case with Stephen's. They are trustworthy, very knowledgeable and helpful, and get the job done right the first time.

They came out and didn?t find any problems. They also checked the pressure.

Quick in, quick out, same day service. Had leak dripping from upper bathroom to lower bathroom shower stall. I cut away ceiling in lower shower and saw what appeared to be multiple areas of possible leaks. Plumber saw, found and fixed within 1/2 hour. Work done to completion, no leaks remained.

I called this morning, was told that I would get a call before the tech came out. I got the call. He came out. Job completed to my satisfaction by 11am.

Tony was on time and called before coming. He removed the paneling and made several suggestions about movement of the faucet to a more convenient position. The paneling was very difficult to remove but Tony did a great job. We have used Stephen's Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

It was a great experience! They were able to come out the same day that I needed them, came within the scheduled 4 hour time window, fixed the problem and showed us exactly what had happened and how to avoid it in the future. He was able to look at a couple of small unscheduled items as well while he was here. Very efficient and pleasant to work with - I will definitelly call Stephens again!

Very well. A little expensive, but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. Very responsive, very helpful, did the job in the time I would expect, no wasting time. Got in, diagnosed issue, fixed it, done. A cheaper plumber would of had a larger market up on the products and wasted time.
