Description of Work: They were so nice and prompt and explained everything to me. The noticed a leak in another area that I had noticed but forgot about. They were excellent and I will never use another plumber. We had to change out an ejector pit pump and it was a horrid job but before we even started they suggested I call electrician to make sure not electrical problem. I appreciate the anticipation of it could be a problem other an plumbing but it was actually a bad pit. We decided to do both pumps at the same time as the life span was up. Great job!

Description of Work: We had a very high water bill. Stephens saw the meter was running, checked the toilets and found one that was leaking. Replaced insides of that toilet and one other, also did some quick work on a couple of sinks and re-seated a toilet that was "rocky". We were very happy with their service and professionalism, as always.

Description of Work: The plumber, Chad, came to my home because one of the toilets was making a groaning sound when flushed, and the sump pump needed a new battery in the backup system. He replaced parts in the toilet, and replaced the battery. He offered much information on the battery's functioning, including the possibility that the backup system may actually be bad, not just the battery. He gave me information on what to do if the battery didn't fix the problem, which occurred after he left. He returned immediately and removed the battery, then took it off the bill. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Description of Work: Second floor bathroom leaked into family room below. This occurred after massive local flooding and prior plumber not available for 10 days! Stephan's sent someone out the same day. The cause of the leak was subtle and involved loose tile caulking so diagnosis was tricky. Plumber worked on it until he was sure he knew the cause. There was no pressure to use them to repair the tiling or to "fix this immediately...or else!" I think that showed a high degree of integrity. Everything was cleaned up and as little intrusion into the wall/ceiling as possible. I also really appreciated the care the plumber took to contact me at work since the babysitter was at our home. He did so 3 times-en route, before cutting into the wall, and after understanding the problem. A very positive experience during a very unpleasant episode.
