Anderson Window & Gutter Cleaning

Very easy. Was given a phone estimate of between $100 - $150 and scheduled the work for the following day, which was a Saturday.

They were very friendly when they were there working for me. They were very professional about the job. They showed up on time and cleaned up after they were done.

They were very competent window cleaners. They showed up on time when they said they would and answered any questions that I had. I would probably use them again for future service.

Outstanding!! They walked the "walk" that matched the "talk". The gentlemen doing the work were, courteous, thorough and communicative.

This company did a great job. We gave them a call and they were able to do the work in a fairly short time. We both thought they did a thorough job. We will use them again.

The entire experience was a pleasure. When we called, the Anderson representative told us they could not clean the gutters immediately, but would come at the next available break in the weather. She also gave us an estimate over the phone based on our description of our house. The company followed up on their promise, arranging an agreeable time for us once the weather improved and they were able to make it. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. A large load of debris in the gutters (and on the roof!) was all removed, bagged and taken away. As a bonus, the actual charge for the job was on the low end of the range we were quoted. All in all, a great experience for us. We will definitely be using Anderson again the next time we want the gutters cleaned.

They returned, cleaned our gutters (took about an hour) and fixed a couple of leaky spots. They worked fast and were very professional. I would gladly use their services again.

Tom was very responsive to my initial e-mail request. Originally scheduled the service the week after Thanksgiving, but winter storms hit at the end of November. Tom kept us on the schedule, and on the first day after everything melted, they came out and completed the project.

I called them and they returned my call the next day. They said that they would be out in the next 10 days or so, but they were at my house by the end of that week. They told me that I did not be at home, but they actually came when I was at home so I saw them at work. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts. They were neat and left everything tidy. Just what I wanted.

They did a good job. They even flush the gutters and take the leaves away.

It was an old house, so some of the old windows were really hard to deal with getting out but they did a good job on them. They were very responsive. They were very accommodating with both the new people that had just bought the house and with us since we were in the process of moving out.

Job 1) Did an excellent job, was timely and very responsive. Company was flexible on timing my job and even completed my buyer s job on same day. Job 2) Just moved into this house, had used Anderson on my recently sold home - when putting it on the market this spring. Called the company, Tom is very personable and professional - he sent Rick out the next day (Rick also cleaned the windows in our old house) Rick showed up on time and did a wonderful job, they were really dirty and with all those squares - it took a long time(he actually spent two days here) but he worked diligently and did a terrific job. I plan to have the company clean my gutters this fall also Job was pricey, but it was worth every penny.

I called on a Monday in July and someone arrived on Tuesday morning. Work was done efficiently, quickly and neatly. I will definitely hire them again.

My husband and I are very happy with the work done. I called to schedule the cleaning and spoke directly with Tom. The appt. was schedule at my convenience. His crew showed up on time! The 3 gentlemen were professional and did a thorough job. The young man doing the inside work changed from his work shoes to tennis shoes every time he entered my house - very conscientious. They did a very thorough job and I couldn't be happier. The final cost came in under estimate. I highly recommend this contractor. I picked this contractor based on the positive feedback at Angie's list and was not disappointed. I'm a busy person and did not have time to get competitive bids and Angie's list made the process easy for me.

I called Tom's office and scheduled the gutter cleaning and window cleaning. Tom called and recommended that we wait on getting the gutters cleaned a few more weeks as there were seeds dropping from trees that would get into our gutters. He was happy to do the job right away, but recommended we wait. We took his recommendation. Tom followed up with us as promised and scheduled the gutter cleaning. His crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. At the time they cleaned the gutters, they left an estimate for the windows to be cleaned as well, as they promised.

They did the work on time in good quality. Once I agreed on the price, the calls to schedule were a little flaky, otherwise everything was great.

When I need my gutters cleaned, I will hire them without looking any further. It's great to find an honest service person.

I CALLED ANDERSON AND THEY GAVE ME AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE AND DATE THAT THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED. THEY CALLED TO VERIFY THE APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED ON TIME TO BEGIN THE WORK. ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT DURING HIS LUNCH BREAK AND WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK. TOM ANDERSON PROACTIVELY CALLED ME TO ALERT ME TO THE PROBLEM CAME HIMSELF THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED THE JOB. THEY COMMUNICATED PERFECTLY THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND WERE THE MOST CONCERNED BUSINESS OPERATORS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME. THEY WERE PERFECTIONISTS AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. ANDERSON HAS MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE GUTTERS AND DESCRIBING TO ME THE PROBLEMS WITH MY VERY OLD GUTTERS, BUT THERE WAS A MIX-UP WITH WHEN THE WORK WAS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED. WE HAD OUR WINDOWS CLEANED, TOO, SO THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A CLERICAL ERROR OR SOMETHING, BUT THE GUTTERS WERE CLEANED SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS I HAD TO MAKE TO REMIND THEM.

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, ETC. THERE WAS A MIX-UP ON THE DAY THE WORKER WAS SUPPOSED TO COME, THE WORKER HAD BEEN INJURED, BUT THE COMPANY CALLED AND RESCHEDULED PROMPTLY.

I REQUESTED, AT THE TIME I CALLED FOR SERVICE, THAT THE DOWNSPOUTS BE CHECKED. THE MAN WHO CLEANED THE GUTTERS ASSURED ME HE HAD TESTED ALL THE DOWNSPOUTS AND THAT THEY WERE ALL CLEAR. I SUSPECTED I HAD THREE DOWNSPOUTS THAT WERE NOT FUNCTIONING. I ASKED HIM TO COME BACK TO CHECK THESE DOWNSPOUTS, AND THE OWNER WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $50 TO DO THIS. HE AGREED TO WAIVE THIS FEE. THE MAN CAME BACK AND INDEED ALL THREE DOWNSPOUTS WERE BLOCKED.

I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, I WAS VERY PLEASED. THEY FORGOT ONE SMALL CLOSET WINDOW AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY ACCOMMODATING.

THEIR VERY NICE RECEPTIONIST EXPLAINED THAT DOWNSPOUTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY FLUSHED WITH WATER HOSE AFTER GUTTERS ARE CLEANED OF LEAVES. I KNOW MY FRONT DOWNSPOUT WAS CLOGGED LAST YEAR AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THIS TO BE DONE. DID THEY ROLL UP AND REATTACHED WATER SPRINKLER TO HOSE SO NEATLY AFTER USING? ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE, BUT I WILL GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. IT'S BEEN RAINING AND I CAN HEAR THE WATER DRAINING DOWN THE ONCE CLOGGED DOWNSPOUT JUST FINE. I HAD GREAT RESPONSIVENESS TO MY CALLS. WILL USE THEM NEXT YEAR.
