Description of Work: I called Anderson on Mon 6/23 amd asked if they would be able to clean my gutters that week and the girl put me on hold,and came back and said they would be able to do our gutters on wed June 26th around 9 or 10 on that day. She said they would call and let us know when they would be there. When they did not call me ,I called and they said they would call back with in 5 min to let me know when they would be there.NO one ever called back even though I called many times.Then the owner called and said that I called that day (not true) and was very rude insulting me and he had no clue on how this was set up. He was an inmature Jerk and he owns this compony. steer clear from this place,we wasted a entire day waiting for them What a joke..

our computer showed that she called that day if it was a mistake on our part I am sorry. we do our best to give 100% satisfaction. im 55years old I do have a young voice but I have been doing this business for 16 years & was a firefighter for 20 years. Description of Work: They were supposed to come on Monday or Tuesday and were a no show. I called to follow up Thursday and they told me their office person was out sick so maybe they could come out by Friday but would have to check. they then left me another voicemail saying maybe they could come out by Saturday if I still wanted service. don't waste your time. Call someone else.

Everything went fine.
Description of Work: Cleaned our gutters and a large window. He wanted to wait until a magnolia tree dropped its flowers but when I explained that the clogged gutters were causing leaks inside the house he came out right away.

TOM ANDERSON WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT I COULD EXPECT IN TERMS OF ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT I MIGHT INCUR. RICKY WAS PART OF THE TWO-MAN CREW THAT CAME TO THE HOUSE AND WAS VERY COMMITTED TO DOING A GOOD JOB AND MAKING SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED, THEY GAVE ME ESTIMATE AND SET UP APPT. DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT ON THAT DAY. THEY DID NOT CALL, SO I CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY. I HAD THEM DO THE WORK, THEY EXPLAINED THAT DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, THIS WAS THE EARLIEST THEY COULD MAKE IT. THAT WAS FINE, BUT A PHONE CALL DURING THE LAPSE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED.

I ALSO ORDERED SCREENS OVER ALL THE SPOUTS, BUT THE OWNER SAID I ONLY NEEDED 2, THUS SAVING ME MONEY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, AND DID A GREAT JOB. RECOMMENDED!
