We liked the customer service representative who came to our house. He was very knowledgeable and personable.

Overall, the experience went well. I had them come out one other time (there was no charge), but everything went fine. I've used them last year as well. The technicans are always professional, take their time, and arrive promptly. I'm happy with their services.

After telling them our story they said they were fairly certain that we had bedbugs, They needed to come back a second time to get rid of the problem but they stood behind their 90 day gurarntee and applied another application without an additional charge. The owner George is an epidemiologist and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. He was willing to take the time to explain things in great detail. He personally came to our house the second time to make sure he understood what our issues where and to be 100% certain everything was done correctly. We did feel a lot more confident with him performing the extermination than his technicians although that is not meant to be a criticism of his staff. His staff was very friendly but just didn't have as much knowledge as George I would hire them again.

They come out four times in a year. I can call them anytime without any charge. They charge $96 each for all the four visits. They even spray inside of the house for the ants and the bugs. I have not seen the ants for quite a while now. They do what they are supposed to do.

Fine. Showed up on time, performed the service, explained what he was doing and when ants would start to disappear.

The representative who came was very professional and very thorough. I would rate them high overall. Their price was a little high. I would use them again the future.

They needed to come back 2 times because the ants returned. In all fairness, we had a big ant problem and should have probably called a couple of years earlier. There was no charge for additional visits. Currently there are no ants. The last time they rebaited, etc was June 1, 2011. The service technicians were prompt, friendly and professional.

It’s a contract for a year for about $400. So far, it has been wonderful. They were on time, prompt and courteous. They knew how to walk in the house and speak English. They also knew how to handle the program. They had to come back, but everything worked out fine.

They came in put down some stuff and the ants were gone in a week.

Appointment setting was simple and the technician was prompt and ready to go.

They are great. I use them on a regular basis. I like them a lot. I had a pretty bad ant problem in my house. I don’t have the problem any more. But they do come quarterly four times a year for their seasonal service. They have been doing that for me for three years. They are nice guys and they are very accommodating. They always show up when they are supposed to. They charge me $96 quarterly. I would continue to use them in the future.

We had to change the date with them. My significant other had gone to the hospital a couple of days before they were supposed to come. We left them a message and they did not blink an eye when new called them back to reschedule. They also guaranteeing that they will come back without charging more if our pest problem continues. My ex-husband was in the house and he has to call them to come out. He was saying that they are really good. They do testing and they did a decent test to find out the problem. They were looking for a nest trying to find out if the problem was coming from out side the house to the inside or if the problem was inside the house already. They were thorough. They sprayed but could never find the nest. My husband is having a little breathing problem. We will continue to use them in the future.

They will only do business if you sign a contract for quarterly service. Initial payment is more expensive than the quarterly charge thereafter. Service is to include spraying and checking for pests including mice. They only thing they did was set mouse traps. They did return to evaluate the traps. They evaded my questions about pest service. I was contacted in January 2011 to set up our quarterly service and without an appintment I was sent a bill for the quarterly amount. I would never do business with this company again.

Good - they were punctual and addressed all problems I had. When we noticed spiders some time after Anderson initially came out, they came back quickly and eradicated the problem. We continue to use them and are happy with the service.

I spend on a quarterly basis. At this point I don't even see them when they come. If I see anything inside the house, then I call and they spray the inside as well. That's only if I tell them that I would like for them to come and do that. The times that I have called them, they have been prompt. I would use them again in the future.

Yellow jackets killed, one nest took two applications due to location under bay window. No mouse activity yet, traps have been checked once, next inpection planned for November. Also received a call to inform me that an outside inspection would be performed this week, and I didn't need to be home.

They took care of the carpenter bees. The man in charge explained everything.

I called and spoke with a receptionist and promptly received a call to schedule an appointment. Dan was very nice on the phone and in person. He was willing to come out at 6:00 a.m. to accommodate my work schedule. It turned out that we don't have termites and the other bug issues are very minor. He didn't try to sell us a lot of stuff we don't need and gave us some great suggestions to avoid problems in the future. I was very pleased and intend to call them again.

I rented this house for 18 months before buying it, and we'd had some carpenter ant problems the previous summer. I believed I had killed them all with outdoor perimeter baits but wanted to make sure we'd never see them again. Five weeks before closing on the house, I called Anderson for an inspection just to make sure there were no other problems. They came out, did a survey, pointed out some problem areas that should be addressed (nothing major) and mailed me a contract for their quarterly maintenance plan a few days later. I promptly mailed the contract back to them. Six weeks after mailing the contract, I had still not heard from Anderson about coming out to do the first quarterly treatment. I called them, and they had not received my contract. They set up a new agreement, I made the first quarterly payment over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Their technician came out for the first appointment. He dusted some areas inside the house, sprayed a couple of areas for spiders and used ant gel in a corner of the house where we seen ants in the past. Outside, he sprayed the perimeter of the house. The next week, I noticed a wasp nest near our driveway under the sidewalk and a huge ant colony in a rotting stump in the backyard (we are getting the stump removed). I called Anderson again on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for a Thursday. The same tech came out, sprayed the stump to kill the ants and used a dust compound under the sidewalk to kill the bees. Since I'm on the quarterly plan, there was no charge for the second visit. Their work is great. My only complaint is that it took three months to get it done.

Anderson came out twice, the first time to spray the nest and kill the hornets; the second time to remove the nest. This was a difficult job because the nest was under the peak of the second-story, steeply pitched roof. The first employee came out and tried to reach it from a window, but his extension tool was not long enough. He then called his supervisor, who came out with a long ladder to go up and spray the nest. Several days later, they came back to climb up and remove the nest. They did an excellent job removing it. They also called me after each visit, first to be sure the hornet activity had ceased, and then to assure that I was satisfied with the job. I do not recall the exact price I paid. The above is an approximation from memory. I did think the price was slightly high; but I realize that the nest was difficult to access, and working around hornets is hazardous.

They do a really good job staying within our price range. We refer other people we know their services because we believe in them and their services. We will continue to use them in the future.

I called them to set up an appointment and they were able to get us in relatively quickly. The technician who came was courteous and professional, and answered pretty much all my questions. The treatment that they used seemed to be effective.

I called and was able to schedule someone to come to our house fairly quickly. The guy was right on time, he did a quick but thorough look through the inside of the house, explained how the treatment worked that I might see a fe ants but after 2 weeks I shouldn't see any. I did see more ants a day or two after but its been a good 2-3 weeks now and I've seen none. They will come back every 3 months for $90 per. So far so good.

I detected some damage to my wooden floor and thought it was caused by termites. A friend suggested I call Anderson Pest Solutions. I did and they came the next day and confirmed the presence of termites. The technician suggested a Sentricon bait system would destroy the termites and would not require any drilling in concrete nor any widespread application of chemicals. He gave me detailed brochures explaining the system and quoted a price. Since the bait is applied in traps in the ground around the perimeter of the house, Anderson arranged for the utilities to mark no dig areas. After that was completed, the traps were placed. Three months later Anderson inspected my home and stated the termites were terminated. During the entire process Anderson was prompt, courteous, and professional. The technician knew what he was doing, arrived when he said he would, worked quickly, and left a clean work site. The follow-up inspection was arranged at a mutually agreeable date, and again the technician arrived on time. I was very pleased with Anderson and would use them for any pest control issue and recommend them to others.

Spoke to dispatch on Monday morning. I explained that we were going out of town and needed service ASAP. They got back to me within a couple of hours with a service window of 7 to 9 am on Tuesday. Technician (Lee) arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and what we should do. He said that he will return for free if the bees return this season. So far, so good.
